Zack Snyder Hopes Warner Bros. Will Let Him Make More DC Films In Future
Los Angeles, May 16, 2021: Hollywood filmmaker, Zack Snyder's recently released Snyder cut version of 2017's "Justice League" movie, is getting a lot of appreciation than the original film. After the "Snyder Cut" version released, fans have been demanding Zack Snyder to make more DC films in the future and the director hopes Warner Bros. will let him do so. ## "I don't know what could be done as you go forward other than, I think the fan movement is so strong and the fan community is so, the intention is so pure, and I really have huge respect for it", the director said in an interview with Jake's Takes, according to contactmusic.com.## "I would hope that cooler heads would prevail with them and that they would see that there's this massive fandom that wants more of them, but who knows what they'll do", he added. ## Zack Snyder has directed DC films such as "Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice", "Man Of Steel", and "Watchmen" in the past. He was also making "Justice League" in 2017, but he had to take a break to mourn the death of his daughter Autumn. ## After Snyder opted out, Joss Whedon replaced him and changed the film completely from originally planned and underwent major changes before and during production between 2016 and 2017. It was a move that has been criticized by fans as it fails to impress them. A big campaign subsequently broke out in Snyder's support. ## The Snyder version of Justice League was released on March 18 on Warner Bros' streaming platform, HBO Max. It cost around $70 million to complete the visual effects, score, and editing, with new material filmed in October 2020.
