Ajay Devgn To Reunite With Filmmaker Luv Ranjan For 'De De Pyaar De 2'
Mumbai, August 29 - In May 2019, Bollywood star Ajay Devgn teamed with filmmaker Luv Ranjan for the romantic-comedy "De De Pyaar De", directed Akiv Ali. Written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain, the movie was a box office hit and left an open ending for the sequel.## Now, according to Pinkvilla, Ajay Devgn and Luv Rajan are reuniting for the sequel to the movie and set to take it on floors early next year. The original writer duo of Ranjan and Jain have written the script and it will be the continuation of the first part.## It is said that Ajay Devgn and Luv Ranjan recently met to discus the technicalities. Just like the first movie, family conflict will be the main asset of the sequel, and the makers aim to take things a notch higher on this front. ## The original movie showed the family conflict on Ashish's (Ajay Devgn) side regarding his relationship with 26-year-old Ayesha Khurana (Rakul Preet Singh), this time, the movie will be about the reaction of Ayesha's family to the relationship with a 50-year-old.## The film will be directed by Anshul Sharma who has been the Creative Director on Ranjan's past films "Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety" and "Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar". The sequel to DDPD is expected to go on floors after AD's "Singham Again" with director Rohit Shetty which goes on floors next month.## Stay tuned...
