Adidas has signed former Miss World Manushi Chhillar as a female brand ambassador in India

Footwear giant Adidas has signed Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar as a female brand ambassador of the company in India. Manushi who is set to make her Bollywood debut opposite Akshay Kumar with the movie Prithviraj has joined the likes of the star batsman Rohit Sharma, sprint sensation Hima Das and Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh. ## To inspire young women to stay physically and mentally fit, Manushi Chhillar will work in support of the #HOMETEAMHERO Challenge.## The 23-year old took to Twitter to announce the joining of Adidas.## Stoked to be joining the #adidas family ///team #threestripes forever 💪 @adidas pic.twitter.com/3nsh0gUvwH— Manushi Chhillar (@ManushiChhillar) June 4, 2020 ## In 2017, Manushi became the 6th Indian to win the Miss World title. Priyanka Chopra was the last titleholder from India before Manushi which she won in the year 2000. Before Manushi Chhillar, Reita Faria, Aishwarya Rai, Diana Hayden, Yukta Mookhey, and Priyanka Chopra had won the Miss World title.## On the work front, Manushi Chhillar is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar in the movie 'Prithviraj' which is a historical action drama film.
