Late Puneeth Rajkumar's Dream Project Gets A Title Teaser

Bengaluru, December 6 - It has been over a month since Kannada superstar Puneeth Rajkummar's sudden demise left the fraternity and his fans in shock. The 46-years old was working on a few projects before things took a drastic turn and he left for heavenly abode. ## One of the projects the late actor was working on is his dream project "Gandhada Gudi", which got the title teaser on his mother Parvathamma Rajkumar's birth anniversary on December 6, 2021. Directed by Amoghavarsha, the teaser of Gandhada Gudi is a cinematic experience that captures the Power Star in an adventurous journey. ## The film is a collaboration between Puneeth Rajkumar and wildlife photographer and filmmaker Amoghavarsha. The music is being composed by Ajaneesh Loknath and produced by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar under the banner of PRK Studio. The film was earlier supposed to be released on November 1, 2021, but couldn't complete due to various reasons. The time has come to recount that history".## However, it won't be Puneeth Rajkumar's last film as director Chethan Kumar's "James" featuring the Kannada superstar in the lead role, is also due to release. Hyderabad, September 20, 2021: On the second and final day of the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) 2021, some of the best South Indian movies and artists of 2020 were honored in a star-studded ceremony in Hyderabad. ## Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde starrer action drama film, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, emerged a big winner at the award nights and bagged almost all the top awards in Telugu. One of the highest-grossing Telugu movies of all time, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, won 10 awards including Best Actor male and female, Best Director, Best Film, among others. ## Soorarai Pottru, which has been hailed as one of the best Indian films ever, was announced as the Best Tamil movie of 2020 while Suriya won the Best Actor for his role in the movie at SIIMA 2021. Rakshit Shetty To Star In His Directorial Return, Richard Anthony - Lord Of The Sea

Bengaluru, July 11, 2021: After making his directorial debut with the 2014 Kannada film Ulidavaru Kandanthe, Rakshit Shetty took a break from directing films. Although he has been busy with acting commitments, Rakshit has often mentioned that he has been working on the script of his next, and now, there's the official confirmation. ## The star actor will be making his directorial comeback after almost 7 years with "Richard Anthony - Lord Of The Sea". He has written the script and will also be playing the lead role as Richard Anthony. The movie will be produced by Vijay Kiragandur under their banner Hombale Films. It is Hombale Films' 10th movie. ## Speaking about the film, Rakshit said, "When I was making Ulidavaru Kandante, I didn't have an idea that there would be a prequel or sequel to it. One thing that people did tell me, though, was that they wanted to know more about its central character, Richie. I know there are many unanswered questions in Ulidavaru Kandante. This film will be more linear in its narrative and can be termed as both a prequel and sequel of sorts. The universe somehow made my next directorial venture about Richie". ## "I had gone to Goa to write this story. I know people have been waiting for me to announce my next directorial project. As I began writing, I began to visualize it and the entire process excited me. I have finished the script, but I plan on doing a couple more drafts. Meanwhile, I also have Sapta Sagaradaache Ello to finish, but I have time to complete those drafts and get everything in place before we begin filming in January", he added. ## It is a crime drama film that will go on floors in January next year. The movie will also have returning characters from the earlier film.
