Samir Soni Feels Privileged To Have Worked With Veterans Dimple Kapadia, Pankaj Kapur

Mumbai, Dec 28 (IANS) For actor Samir Soni, it was surreal to work with veteran actors Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur in 'Jab Khuli Kitaab'. The film, written and directed by Saurabh Shukla, is a slice-of-life drama and has been shot in Ranikhet.## Talking about the film, Samir, whose book, 'My Experiments with Silence' has garnered a positive response, said: "I am super excited for a film that I have just finished shooting. It is a lovely script, one of the most beautiful scripts I have ever read. I have been waiting for such scripts to come my way, where I am not portrayed as a rich millionaire kind of dynamic guy".## He added: "It is a privilege to be a part of this film and it has been a pleasure working with people I have been a fan of. Karan Johar Reveals He Got The Idea Of Making Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives While Going For A Condolence Meet

Mumbai, June 7, 2021: The "Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives", which was released last year on Netflix, was one of the most loved reality series. The series gave an insight into the lives of four Bollywood wives - Maheep Kapoor (wife of Sanjay Kapoor), Bhavana Pandey (wife of Chunky Panday), Seema Khan (wife of Sohail Khan), and Neelam Kothari (wife of Samir Soni). ## The season first of the series became so popular that season two is already in the works. Meanwhile, Karan Johar who is a pivotal part of the show, recently revealed that the idea for making Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives came while going for a condolence meeting with the four leads of the show. ## Spilling some beans on the same, Karan said during a Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives reunion on Clubhouse, that while he was traveling with the four ladies for a condolence meeting as one of their friends lost their father, he realized that these ladies are completely crazy. ## He further said that they were discussing their attire in flight for Delhi, much like Madhur Bhandarkar's 'Page 3', whether Neelam had too much shine on her white kurta or whether Maheep was underdressed for a chautha. Seeing them doing such crazy and idiotic stuff, Karan said that the four of them have to be on a show. According to the filmmaker, they made something even like a chautha sound like such a massive problem in what they were wearing to what was happening. ## Karan said that he was always aware of Maheep, Bhavana, Seema, and Neelam's crazy personalities. John Abraham Led 'Mumbai Saga' Takes Direct OTT Route?

With the covid-19 pandemic is still around, many filmmakers are hesitating to release their movies in theaters.
