In ayurveda texts ajirna can be closly compared with indigestion and ajirna also means indigestion. It is said to be the root for the origin of many systemic and metabolic disorders.
Although it is common,it may often be relieved with lifestyle changes and medications.

• Maintaining a healthy weight.
• Exercising regularly.
• Avoiding triggers and Fatty and spicy foods, processed foods, carbonated beverages.
• Avoid late night eating.
Avoidance of the causative factor is the preliminary step in any disease management. Improper life style, mental disturbance and related to other diseases may contribute in the development of Ajirna.
