Chennai, April 25 - Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar's action comedy Good Bad Ugly is nearing the 250 crores mark at the global box office, as at the end of the second week (15 days), it has grossed around 237 crores which includes around 172 crores domestic collection. ## GBU has already become the highest-grossing Tamil movie of the year and also the biggest grosser of Ajith Kumar. In this process, the blockbuster movie has emerged as the actor's biggest hit in the home state, Tamil Nadu, by beating Viswasam. ## Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, GBU has scored approximately 144.50 crores gross in Tamil Nadu in 15 days, making it the biggest grosser for the AK in the state. Chennai, April 16 - Superstar Ajith Kumar's action comedy Good Bad Ugly has taken the box office by storm and is nearing 200 crores gross, which will make it only the second film of the actor to achieve the feat at the worldwide box office. ## Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the film has grossed approximately 180 crores worldwide in the first 6 days. Chennai, April 14 - Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar has scripted a solid comeback with the action comedy Good Bad Ugly after getting a big shock earlier this year in the form of action thriller Vidaamuyarchi, which bombed at the box office. ## Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the latest blockbuster has not only outgrossed Vidaamuyarchi's lifetime total (136 crores gross) but has also become the highest-grossing Tamil movie of 2025 by crossing Pradeep Ranganathan's Dragon (152 crores) in just less than 5 days. ## Good Bad Ugly had an excellent first 4-day weekday in which it grossed approximately 148.50 crores worldwide, including over 100 crores domestically, which includes around 84 crores of Tamil Nadu collection. Chennai, April 13 - Thala Ajith Kumar's action comedy Good Bad Ugly is proving to be a redemption for the actor after getting a big shock earlier this year in the form of VidaaMuyarchi, which was a big box office failure with under 150 crores gross collection worldwide. ## Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the latest blockbuster is having an excellent opening weekend at the domestic and worldwide box office. Chennai, March 14 - After facing a setback with Vidaamuyarchi, Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar is hoping for a solid comeback with the action comedy Good Bad Ugly. The movie, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, promises to be a solid entertainer after seeing the teaser. ## The electrifying teaser has generated huge hype for the film and now, the official storyline has also reportedly been revealed which which promises a mass fest for the fans who have been eagerly waiting for the action to unfold.## The synopsis reads, "A fearless don tries to change his ruthless ways and violent life to live peacefully with his family in society. Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Jailer 2' Begins

Chennai, March 10 - The hugely-anticipated action drama Jailer 2 starring superstar Rajinikanth has commenced filming today. Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures, the movie was recently announced with a promo teaser, generating huge hype. ## Sequel to the mega-blockbuster Jailer (2023) - the shoot of Jailer 2 is said to have begun in Chennai. Allu Arjun's Next With Director Atlee?

Hyderabad, February 20 - After the mega success of Pushpa 2 - The Rule, pan India superstar Allu Arjun is busy scheduling his next film and there seems to be a change in plans regarding the actor's future film line-up, as per the latest Telugu media reports. ## It is widely known that Allu Arjun announced his reunion with director Trivikram Srinivas for a big-budget mythological epic. It was supposed to be the actor's immediate next after Pushpa 2, however, over the last few days, the talks regarding his film director Atlee have gained momentum. ## Not long ago, it was reported that Allu Arjun and Atlee were in talks to collaborate on a Pan India project but the actor later turned it down for some reasons. The director then initiated talks with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan and things were moving in a positive direction until recently when it was revealed that the project had been put on hold due to casting and budget issues. ## Now, according to the post by Gulte.com, Atlee and Allu Arjun have decided to collaborate and it will be their immediate next. The film with Trivikram is said to have been pushed to next year as the director is still reportedly working on the script. ## Subject to the official announcement, AA22 will be produced by Sun Pictures and Geetha Arts and will roll out soon.
