Ayurvedic medicine (“Ayurveda” for short) is one of the world's oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems. Acne is a condition that affects these oil glands and skin follicles. More greasy, oily, sweet, starchy and spicy foods increase the chances of acne. ## Take a high amount of fibrous material. Such as shellfish, soybeans, whole grains, sunflower seeds, and dry fruits. Zinc is anti-bacterial. Eat sour things like low-fat yogurt in sufficient quantity. When dandruff falls on the skin, it also causes acne. Avoid excess makeup. If makeup is necessary, use only natural and water-based makeup products. Stay away from strong chemical, dye or oily products. Wash makeup brushes and sponges every time you use them and keep them immersed to prevent contamination. ## Stay away from stress Stress causes hormonal changes, which can increase acne. Many dermatologists recommend at least 15 minutes of sunbathing, exercise, and complete sleep when you have acne. But keep in mind that there can be many reasons for acne, so before taking any remedy, consult a dermatologist. He will give you the right solution and treatment according to the type of skin and check the right cause of acne. ## Home remedies for acne: ## Orange peel and gram flour paste ## The benefits of eating orange are as beneficial as its skin.
