6 Years Of Heropanti: Kriti Sanon Remembers Her Bollywood Debut

On this very day in 2014, a romantic action film Heropanti was released in cinemas. The film also marks the birth of two aspiring young actors, Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon who made their Bollywood debut with Heropanti. Sabbir Khan directorial was loved by the audiences and both the actors were praised by the critics and moviegoers.

As the film completes 6 years, Kriti Sanon took to social media to express her gratitude saying that it was a surreal feeling to working in the feeling. She also thanked the director Sabbir Khan, producer Sajid Nadiadwala for giving her the opportunity to get into the magical world. She further said congratulating Tiger Shroff with who she started her Bollywood journey.

Sharing the poster of the film, Kriti Sanon took to Instagram and wrote, "#6YearsOfHeropanti

Heropanti is a remake of Telugu film Parugu which was released in 2008 and starred Allu Arjun along with Sheela Kaur, Poonam Bajwa, and Prakash Raj in prominent roles. Prakash Raj also featured in the Hindi remake of Parugu.

The sequel of Heropanti is in making and set to be released in 2021 with Tiger Shroff again in the lead role. It will be directed by Ahmed Khan.
