Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the first look poster of Good Bad Ugly was launched on May 19 which took the audience by surprise. In the poster, Ajith Kumar can be seen wearing a colourful shirt. Showing three moods of the character, the actor flaunts tattooed arms and has a selection of guns placed in front of him.

The film is directed by Adhik Ravichandran, with music by National Award-winning composer Devi Sri Prasad. Abinandhan Ramanujam is the cinematographer, and Vijay Velukutty is the editor. The movie will be released in multiple languages on Pongal 2025.
