Mumbai, September 7 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar continues to be busy with back-to-back films despite the underperformance at the box office. He has multiple films in the pipeline, including a few of the most anticipated films like Jolly LLB 3, Welcome 3, and Housefull 5.

Now, Akshay has teased a new film announcement on his birthday on September 9. On Saturday, on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, the actor took to social media to drop a mysterious motion poster and teased that a big announcement coming our way on his birthday.

Recently, it was reported that the official announcement of Akshay's fantasy horror-comedy film with director Priyadarshan would come out on September 9. The reports say that the latest tease by Akshay is about his film with the blockbuster director.

The motion poster for an untitled project features an ominous metal evil face against a backdrop of royal red curtains. "Ganpati Bappa Morya! 🙏 What could be better than a day like today to hint at something special coming your way? ✨ The reveal is set for my birthday 🎉 Stay tuned!", the actor wrote.
