Akshay Kumar's 'Khel Khel Mein' Release Date Locked
Mumbai, April 27 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar teamed up with director Mudassar Aziz for a comedy entertainer Khel Khel Mein which marks the actor's return to this space after nearly 5 years. The movie is said to be a situational comedy revolving around the lives of 3 couples.



The shoot of Khel Khel Mein has been wrapped up and now, according to a report by Pinkvilla, the makers have locked the September 6, 2024, release date for the same. The movie also stars Taapsee Pannu, Fardeen Khan, Vaani Kapoor, Amy Virk, and Pragya Jaiswal and will be released during Akshay Kumar's birthday week.



"It's a situation comedy and the makers will open up the plot with their assets over the coming few months, leading to the theatrical release on September 6", says the report.



Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar's next release is Sudha Kongara-directed, Sarfira, which is scheduled to be released on July 12. It is the remake of the Tamil movie Soorarai Pottru and also stars Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, and a cameo of Suriya.
