A good watch for the festival for family!ðŸ‘
#Annaatthe - A mashup of Dir Siva's earlier blockbusters with #SuperstarRajinikanth as the Annan who'll go to any lengths to protect his Thangam sister. Heavy sentimental action melodrama with Imman's overpowering score.

Valiant #Thalaivar's efforts & evergreen screen presenceðŸ‘
#Annaatthe A Totally Disappointing Action Drama!
— Venky Reviews (@venkyreviews) November 4, 2021
The film is very outdated from the comedy to the sentiment scenes. Not sure how Siva wrote such a lackluster script.
The only positives were a few mass scenes, BGM in parts, Rajini mannerisms.
Rating: 2.25/5
#Annaatthe has tried to be Vedalam and Viswasam but unfortunately misfired due to heavy melodrama and several logicless action sequences. The villains are not as powerful as our Superstar! Ends up as a loud mass commercial film, the treatment is tried and tested /predictable.

#Annaatthe: Disappointing. Expected at least a decent entertainer but it's once again only the Superstar saving the show, the rest is packed with excessive melodrama and over the top action sequences. Templates are fine, not this much.

#Annaatthe is a complete masala package. If it wasn't clear from the Trailer, director Siva re-uses his Blockbuster template seen in Viswasam, Vedalam & Veeram. If you liked those films, you will like this one too. The film is perfect for families during Diwali.#AnnaattheReview pic.twitter.com/b52NBw1pZ9
