Drishyam 2 Trailer Talk: Intense, Gripping, And A Sure Shot Blockbuster
Ajay Devgn plays the titular role of Vijay Salgaonkar who is hell-bent to protect his family at any cost. The story of the sequel takes place six years after the events of "Drishyam". Director Abhishek Pathak, who replaces Nishikant Kamat, seems to have done a commendable job of the intense and intriguing tone of the film.
Being the sequel and remake at the same time as the already-proven Malayalam movie, the trailer was bound to invite comparison among the fans on social media. However, the thing which perfectly stands with "Drishyam 2" is that the Malayalam sequel wasn't dubbed into Hindi, so talks were only going to be about how the execution of the Hindi version.
The trailer of "Drishyam 2" seems to have worked wonders among the audiences as they can't stop praising this intense crime thriller. Having said that, the trailer gives glimpses of how Salgaonkar's family gets into trouble over the unintentional crime they did in the past, and this time, Meera Deshmukh (Tabu) is in the mood to catch Vijay's lie with the support of Investigation Officer, played by Akshaye Khanna.
The makers have made a lot of changes in the Hindi version of the Malayalam movie, such as introducing new characters and the fact that it is original for the Hindi audience, "Drishyam" is looking really promising.
Produced by Panorama Studios, Viacom18 Studios, and T-Series Films, the movie stars Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Akshaye Khanna, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, and Rajat Kapoor. It is scheduled to release on November 18, 2022, in theaters worldwide.
