Laal Singh Chaddha follows the events in India's history unfold through the perspective of Laal Singh Chaddha (Aamir Khan), a dim-witted man who has a great understanding of emotions. Ahmad Ibn Umar plays Young Laal in the movie that also stars Kareena Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya (in his Hindi film debut), and Mona Singh in key roles.
