Chris Gayle holds the record for most sixes in his career in IPL as he scored 4,965 runs in 141 innings with 357 sixes. AB de Villiers is second on the list as he scored 5,162 runs in 170 innings with 251 sixes in the IPL. Both have retired from this format.
