Nani's 'Shyam Singha Roy' Satellite Rights Sold For A Hefty Price

Hyderabad, December 11 - Telugu star, Nani is gearing up for the first big-screen release in more than two years with "Shyam Singha Roy". After two back-to-back digital releases in form of "V" and "Tuck Jagadish", Nani's "Shyam Singha Roy" is scheduled to release on December 24 in theaters in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil.



"Shyam Singha Roy" is one of the most anticipated Telugu films and is getting the right amount of buzz. Not only the makers are hopeful of the blockbuster theatrical run but the movie is also getting good offers for satellite rights. According to Telugu360, "Shyam Singha Roy" has been sold to Gemini TV for a hefty sum of Rs. 10 crores.



Earlier, there were reports claiming that Hindi dubbing rights for this Nani-starrer had been bought by B4U movies for 10 crores, making it one of the biggest satellite deals for Nani's film. It is a period supernatural thriller film, which features Nani in dual roles.



Directed by Rahul Sankrityan and produced by Venkat Boyanapalli under Niharika Entertainments, "Shyam Singha Roy" stars Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty, and Madonna Sebastian in the female lead roles. It also features Jisshu Sengupta, Murali Sharma, Rahul Ravindran, Abhinav Gomatam, and Manish Wadhwa in key roles.



"Shyam Singha Roy" is a story penned by Satyadev Janga. Naveen Nooli is the editor, while National Award winner Kruti Mahesh and Yash Master choreographed songs of the film.
