Prabhas' 'Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire' Trending At Number 1 On Netflix India
The movie was a box office success, grossing over 600 crores at the worldwide box office in all versions. On Netflix, Salaar premiered in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil languages, and the response so far is said to be fantastic.
Netflix announced on social media that Salaar is trending at number 1 on its platform in India. The streamer released the weekly viewership data every Wednesday, and Salaar is expected to be among the top 3 most watched non-English films worldwide in its opening weekend.

"Salaar: Ceasefire" is the first of the planned two-part release with the second part titled "Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam". Produced by Hombale Films, the movie stars Prabhas in the title role and Prithviraj Sukumaran, with a supporting cast that includes Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Tinnu Anand, Easwari Rao, Sriya Reddy, and Ramachandra Raju.
Set in the fictional dystopian city-state of Khansaar, the film follows the friendship between Deva (Prabhas), a tribesman, and Varadha (Prithviraj), the prince of Khansaar. When a coup d'état is planned by his father's ministers and his relatives, Varadha enlists Deva's help to become Khansaar's undisputed ruler.
