Producer Dil Raju Turns Down Many Rumours By Attending 'Karthikeya 2' Success Meet

It was reported that Dil Raju was stopping the release of Nikhil Siddhartha-starrer and wanted his own film to get a maximum number of screens in Telugu states.

Not only filmmaker put a full stop to baseless reports, but he also slammed the media reports and people for maligning his image. Dil Raju seemingly turned emotional during the speech at the success meet and said that he will be the first person to help a good film and requested people in the media to not take his name without knowing the facts.

"Everyone was writing whatever they wanted, claiming that Dilraju was attempting to bring down this cinema or that movie. We don't destroy movies or try to damage the cinema. A blockbuster film will breathe new life into an industry", the filmmaker said.

"Many times in the past, I helped good movies to get a proper release. Cinema is my life and my passion. I never try to harm any film", he added.

Meanwhile, director Chandoo Mondeti's mystical thriller film "Karthikeya 2" has been a big success at the box office and recovered total investment in just 3 days. The film has had limited release but witnessed an excellent response from the audiences which is helping the film is getting more and more screens across the country.
