Ranveer Singh's Film With Prasanth Varma Is On

Mumbai, May 25 - Recently, it was reported that Ranveer Singh would be teaming up with Telugu director Prasanth Varma for a big-budget film, tentatively titled Rakshas. However, later it was reported that the movie was shelved due to creative differences and now, there is another report on the same.

According to the latest Telugu media reports, the film's team has officially confirmed that the rumours are baseless and are not true. The official update reveals that Ranveer Singh is very much a part of the movie which will go on floors soon.

Mythri Movie Makers will be bankrolling the project for which, an announcement promo was shot recently. The official announcement of the movie will be made soon. It is touted to be a period film set in the Pre-Independence Era with a mythological backdrop.

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh will next be headlining director Aditya Dhar's spy action thriller film. He also has Don 3 and Shaktimaan in the pipeline and both the movies are expected to go on floors by early next year.
