Sidharth Malhotra's 'Yodha' Gets A New Release Date

Mumbai, July 3 - Bollywood actor Sidharth Malhotra's action thriller "Yodha" has officially been postponed from September 15 by three months and will now be released on December 15, 2023, in theaters worldwide.

"Yodha" is the first action film of the franchise headlined by Sidharth Malhotra and directed by debutant duo Sagar Ambre & Pushkar Ojha. The movie is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan under the banner of Dharma Productions in association with Amazon Prime and Mentor Disciple Films.

The movie, also starring Raashii Khanna and Disha Patani as the female leads, has already been postponed multiple times. In December, "Yodha" will be released two weeks after Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Ranbir Kapoor's highly-anticipated "Animal" as well as Vicky Kuashal's "Sam Bahadur" and a week before superstar Shah Rukh Khan and director Rajkumar Hirani's "Dunki".

Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon's yet-untitled rom-com and "Fukrey 3" are also placed in December which makes it a really crowded month for Bollywood movies. There is the possibility that a couple of movies scheduled in December might get pushed to new dates.
