Superstar Aamir Khan Spoke Highly About Vivek Agnihotri's 'The Kashmir Files'

Mumbai, March 21 - Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri's "The Kashmir Files" has become a talk of the town ever since it has released in theaters. The film, which is based on the true stories of the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits, is running with Housefull boards all across the country and has already grossed Rs. 200 crores worldwide in just 10 days.



Meanwhile, Bollywood superstar, Aamir Khan too has lauded the film. The "Dangal" star was invited to the event of the "RRR" movie on March 20 in Delhi. When Aamir was asked if he has watched the film yet or not, to which, the superstar said that he would definitely watch the film soon and congratulated the filmmakers of TKF for the film's success.



"I will definitely watch the film. The exodus of Kashmiri Pandits is such a big part of our history that hurts our hearts. Whatever has happened with Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir is indeed a very said thing. If a film has been made on them, every Indian should watch that film and remember what happens when someone faces brutality", Aamir said.



This film is directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri and produced by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri in association with Abhishek Agarwal Arts, and Zee Studio. The Kashmir Files stars Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, Puneet Issar, Darshan Kumar, Prakash Belawadi, Mrinal Kulkarni, and Chinmay Mandlekar in key roles.



Aamir Khan, on the other hand, will next be seen in one of the most anticipated Bollywood films, "Laal Singh Chaddha", which is scheduled to release on August 11 worldwide. It is the remake of the Hollywood movie, "Forrest Gump". After LSC, Aamir will head to his next which is said to be an adaptation of the French movie, "Campeones".
