Superstar Mohanlal's Pan India Movie 'Empuraan' Shoot Completed; Release Date Re-Confirmed

Empuraan has been in the making since last year, and now, after 14 months of production, the makers announced the compilation of the shoot with a new poster. It was shot across 8 Indian states and 4 countries including the UK, USA, and UAE. Mohanlal calls the film a remarkable chapter in his journey and lauded the dedicated cast and crew for bringing this story to life.

Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, L2 stars Mohanlal as Stephen Nedumpally / Khureshi Ab'raam alongside an ensemble featuring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, Indrajith Sukumaran, Saniya Iyappan, Saikumar, Baiju Santhosh, Fazil and Sachin Khedekar all of whom are reprising their roles from the original.

Produced by Aashirvad Cinemas in association with Lyca Productions, Empuraan has been re-confirmed to hit the big screens on March 27, 2025, in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada.
