T-Series Celebrates Big Win At 68th National Film Awards
Mumbai, July 23 - Bhushan Kumar-headed production company T-Series has had one of the greatest moments at the 68th National Film Awards, announced on July 22 in New Delhi. The studio scored 6 National Awards, making it the highest ever award for it in a single year.



T-Series backed "Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior", starring Ajay Devgn, won three National Awards. The movie was announced Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment of 2020 while it also won the Best Actor award for Ajay Devgn, 3rd in his career along with winning Best Costume Design award. It was co-produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms.



Apart from "Tanhaji", T-Series' sports drama "Toolsidas Junior" grabbed two National Awards, including the Best Hindi Feature Film and Special Jury Mention for Varun Buddhadev. Manoj Muntashir won National Award for Best Lyrics in Prineeti Chopra-starrer "Saina", which is the biopic of Indian Badminton legend Saina Nehwal.
