'The Flash' Star Ezra Miller Issues Official Statement Following Recent Events
Los Angeles, August 16 - Hollywood actor Ezra Millar has issued an official statement following the recent controversies surrounding his life off-camera. "The Flash" revealed in the statement that he has been suffering complex mental health issues and seeking treatment for the same.
"Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment", Miller says. "I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe, and productive stage in my life".
Ezra Miller played the DC Comics character Barry Allen in 2017's "Justice League" and its 2021 counterpart, "Zack Snyder's Justice League", however, his off-screen behaviour, which allegendaly led him to assult people, overshedowed his comic-book character.
Miller off-screen conducts has alarmed his friends and associates, as well as Warner Bros., which still has to find ways to release "The Flash" without any controvery. There have been many calls to slash Miller's "The Flash" movie release and it is still unclear what Warner Bros will decide to do with him in regards to his role as Barry Allen, especially with the entire state of the DCEU in flux after the merger with Discovery.
"The Flash" is set to hit theaters on June 23, 2023, and reportedly serves as a key entry in the studio's DC Comics films, featuring appearances by Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as Batman.
