Vijay Deverakonda's 'Kingdom' Postponed; New Release Date Announced
May 14, 2025
Hyderabad, May 14 - Telugu heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda's much-awaited Pan India movie Kingdom will not be released on May 30. There have been rumours of the film's postponement, and the makers confirmed the same on Wednesday.
The makers revealed in a statement that the recent events have made it difficult for them to promote the film and celebrate. The makers hope that their decision to postpone Kingdom will help them to present the movie in the best possible way, as they confirmed that the movie will now be released on July 4 in theatres worldwide.
Kingdom is a spy action thriller, directed by Jersey fame Gowtam Tinnanuri and produced by Sithara Entertainments, Fortune Four Creations, and Srikara Studios. The film stars Vijay Deverakonda alongside Bhagyashri Borse and Satyadev. It is intended to be the first instalment of a planned duology.
