Zombie Reddy Director Prasanth Varma Announces Tollywood's First-Ever Original Superhero Movie, Hanu-Man

Hyderabad, May 29, 2021: The young and talented director Prasanth Varma, who is just three movies old, has announced Tollywood's first-ever original superhero movie, titled Hanu-Man. Prasanth, who is celebrating his birthday today, took to social media and announced his 4th film on his special day.

Prasanth Varma made a cracker of a debut as a filmmaker with a psychological cross-genre film - Awe! starring Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menen, Regina Cassandra, Eesha Rebba, among others. He followed it up with films like Kalki and recently released Zombie Reddy. Now, the director is all set to come up with his favorite genre and taking to Telugu audience into a new cinematic universe with Hanu Man.

As the title of the movie suggests, Hanu-Man is said to be inspired by mythology. He revealed the title and logo of the film with a motion poster, while the rest of the cast and crew will be unveiled soon. Other than directing the film, Varma is also producing it under his banner Prasanth Varma Films.

Sharing the title and logo, Prasanth Varma wrote on Twitter, "This time I'm coming with my favourite Genre!! Fasten your seat belts to dive into a new cinematic universe! "HANU-MAN" The First Original Superhero Film in Telugu".

The filmmaker dedicated the announcement of this superhero film to all the real-life superheroes (doctors, nurses, and healthcare workers) who are fighting the Covid-19 pandemic on the frontline.
