Mumbai, April 14 - After delivering a breakout performance in Saiyaara, Ahaan Panday is quickly emerging as one of Bollywood's most promising young stars. Following his impressive debut under Mohit Suri, the actor is now gearing up for an exciting lineup that includes a reunion with the filmmaker for his third film. Before that, Ahaan is currently shooting for his second film, a romantic action entertainer directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Backed by Yash Raj Films, the project marks a significant shift in his on-screen persona and scale. The yet untitled film was recently confirmed, with shooting officially kicking off. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}) Ahaan Panday's Intense Transformation For Ali Abbas Zafar's Film In a major departure from his debut role, Ahaan will reportedly be seen playing a ruthless gangster in the upcoming action-romance, according to Variety India. The character is said to be raw, aggressive, and emotionally layered, blending romance with high-octane action. It will be completely the opposite of what Ahaan did in his debut movie. To prepare for the role, the actor has undergone intense physical training, including hand-to-hand combat and weapon handling, signalling a complete transformation from his earlier image of a troubled musician in Saiyaara. The film also stars Yash Raj Films' home-grown talent Sharvari Wagh, along with Bobby Deol and Aaishvary Thackeray in key roles, and will be shot across India and international locations. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}) Reunion With Mohit Suri On The Cards For Third Film Amid all this, Variety also reports that Ahaan Panday will reunite with Mohit Suri for his third film, continuing their successful collaboration after Saiyaara. The duo's first outing turned into a major commercial success and established Ahaan as a bankable young face in the industry. While the details about this third project are still under wraps, it is said to be a romantic drama, to be produced by Yash Raj Films again. The reunion indicates a long-term creative partnership between the actor and director, especially in the romantic genre, where Suri has consistently excelled. With a strong production house backing him and filmmakers like Ali Abbas Zafar and Mohit Suri guiding his journey, Ahaan Panday is clearly positioning himself as a versatile performer ready to explore both romance and action on a grand scale.

No Promotions, Big Impact: Shah Rukh Khan Hailed Saiyaara Team's Bold Move

BY SACNILK

Mumbai, March 28 - Filmmaker Mohit Suri has shared an interesting behind-the-scenes insight into the marketing strategy of his upcoming film Saiyaara, revealing that none other than Shah Rukh Khan personally praised the team's unconventional approach. In an interaction, Suri disclosed that the decision to keep debutants Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda away from excessive media exposure and promotional appearances was a conscious and carefully thought-out move. Interestingly, this strategy caught the attention of Shah Rukh Khan, who called it the "best thing" the team could have done. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}) In today's film industry, aggressive promotions, interviews, and social media visibility are often seen as essential tools to build hype. However, Saiyaara chose to take a different route by maintaining an element of mystery around its lead pair. According to Suri, the idea was to let the audience discover the actors fresh on the big screen rather than overexposing them beforehand. This approach not only builds curiosity but also allows viewers to connect with the characters without preconceived notions. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}) What makes this strategy even more noteworthy is the endorsement from Shah Rukh Khan, a superstar known for his sharp understanding of audience psychology and film marketing. His appreciation has added credibility to the film's promotional approach. Suri revealed that SRK's reaction reassured the team that they were on the right track, especially when taking a risk in an industry driven by visibility and hype. Produced by Yash Raj Films, Saiyaara proved to be a massive blockbuster, grossing 570 crores at the worldwide box office. It was one of the highest-grossing Indian films of 2025, and by far the biggest-grossing love story of Indian cinema.

Mumbai, March 13 - Ahaan Pandey is not rushing in his career as the young actor is taking time to shape his future film lineup after the blockbuster debut with Saiyaara last year. Mohit Suri's directorial debut made him an overnight star, leading to several offers from filmmakers. Ahaan is doing Ali Abbas Zafar's yet untitled romantic action film. According to reports, the actor rejected nearly a dozen films before locking in Zafar's film. According to Bollywood Hungama, the heartthrob has been offered two more films, including one by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. It is said that Anand L Rai and Mehra have approached the actor for two different films, and he seems to have liked both the projects. Rakeysh Mehra has reportedly offered his ambitious Mahabharta epic, Karna, which he originally planned with Tamil star Suriya. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}) "Karna is an ambitious action spectacle, and the stakeholders feel Ahaan is the best pitch to bring this character from the Mahabharata on screen. Ahaan is amused by the vision and will soon decide on his take for the film", said the report. Interestingly, Mehra recently said the Karna script is ready, but the project was pushed back due to logistical issues. Ahaan has also liked an idea pitched by Anand L Rai, whose last directorial was Tere Ishk Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon. It will be interesting to see what the actor picks after his immediate next with Abbas Zafar, which is currently in production and is expected to release early next year. Stay tuned...
