Salman Khan In Talks With Malayalam Director Mahesh Narayanan For An Action Thriller
Mumbai, May 30 - Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is gearing up to start his next film, which is with director Apoorva Lakhia, about the Galwan Valley Clash between India and China. While the movie is slated to go on floors in a couple of months, Salman is actively in talks with several other directors. ## It is said that Salman Khan has reportedly been talking to Kabir Khan, Ali Abbas Zafar, Anees Bazmee, and Rajkumar Periasamy. Now, according to the report by PeepingMoon.com, the "Sultan" star is in talks with Malayalam director Mahesh Narayanan for an action thriller film. ## The report states that Narayanan held talks with Salman in Mumbai for a large-scale action thriller. While the discussions are still at a preliminary stage, the actor is believed to be intrigued by the story's premise and has expressed interest in hearing a full script narration in the coming months. ## The project in question will be produced by Salman's sister, Alvira Khan Agnihotri and her husband, Atul Agnihotri's banner, Reel Life Productions. It is said to be a more commercially oriented script of Mahesh Narayanan, who is best known for acclaimed Malayalam films like "Take Off," "CU Soon," and "Malik". ## Meanwhile, Salman Khan will be playing Colonel B. Santosh Babu, who led the 16 Bihar Regiment during the clash and was martyred while confronting Chinese troops during the Galwan Valley Clash in 2020.
