Bollywood actress, Sara Ali Khan has been one of the most exciting talents coming out from the industry. In a span of two years, the actress has seen the highs of glamour and has also garnered a substantial fan base. The daughter of Bollywood stars Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh may have been born in the lap of fame, but she insists she does not believe in stardom as she believes that things keep changing and stardom is one of them. ## "I don't look at stardom. Till now, I don't use the word fans. I don't use the word star. I don't believe in these things. I think Friday to Friday I mean it used to be Friday and it can now be released any day. With every release of a film your stature, stardom whatever you call it keeps changing", Sara told TOI. ## "I think the only thing that matters is your 'neeyat' (intention). Aapki jo 'neeyat' hoti hai woh matter karta hai aur kahin na kahin jo aapki shiddat, passion aur junoon hota hai woh matter karta hai (what matters is your intention, hard work, passion and craze). Everything else keeps changing and will continue to change", she added.## Sara debuted in Bollywood in 2018 with Abhishek Kapoor's 'Kedarnath', co-starring late Sushant Singh Rajput. She was then seen in Rohit Shetty's 'Simmba' opposite Ranveer Singh, the Kartik Aaryan co-starrer 'Love Aajkal 2' by Imtiaz Ali, and, her latest release, Coolie No. 1 opposite Varun Dhawan.## "I am lucky to be in a profession I like. I see a couple of people friends of mine do nine-to-five jobs they don't like, and are like, "oh god! work'. But this does not work. My work is the most exciting part of my life. Rhea Chakraborty Names Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Mukesh Chhabra In NCB Interrogation Of Drug Case

The Sushant Singh Rajput death case has taken a dramatic turn with the new revelations of drug angle after Rhea Chakraborty's WhatsApp chat got revealed which led the Narcotics Control Bureau to begin the investigation.## Soon after NCB started the investigation, it has arrested Rhea, along with her brother Showik Chakraborty, Sushant's house manager Dipesh Sawant and a few drug peddlers in connection with the drug angle linked to Sushant's death. ## In the latest development in the drug-related angle, according to Zee News, the actress has reportedly confessed before the central probe agency that actress Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh along with designer Simone Khambatta, Sushant's friend and former manager Rohini Iyer, and filmmaker Mukesh Chhabra consumed narcotics substance. ## Rhea in her confession told NCB that Sara who is the daughter of Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, had accompanied Sushant Singh Rajput and other friends to Thailand. It is to be noted that Rhea while speaking to a news channel, had stated that Sushant used to live his life like a king-size and had spent Rs 70 lakh on an all-boys' trip to Thailand. ## Earlier this month, Sushant's friend Samuel Haokip had claimed that Sushant and Sara were in love with each other during the 'Kedarnath' shoot.## Zee News also claimed that Rhea told the agency that 80 percent of Bollywood stars are on drugs. There are also reports that NCB is set to summon 25 prominent Bollywood stars in the drug investigations. Rhea, in her statement to NCB, had reportedly accepted her role in procuring drugs for Sushant and also handling the finances. ##

Mumbai, April 23 (IANS) Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan's son Ibrahim is using the COVID-19 lockdown period to strengthen his bond with mother Amrita Singh and sister Sara Ali Khan.## "I'm spending quarantine, strengthening my bond with my mother and sister as we take charge of the household chores," Ibrahim wrote on Instagram.## "I came across a video which is a simple reminder to support our extended families of our neighborhood, especially the elderly who are the most in need amid the COVID-19 crisis. Sara Ali Khan's Varanasi temple visit creates controversy

Varanasi, March 17 (IANS) Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan's much-publicized visit to the Kashi Vishwanath temple in Varanasi, has drawn the ire of local pandits and saints.## The actor was in Mumbai for the shooting of 'Antrangi Re' when she visited the Kashi Vishwanath temple and participated in the 'Ganga aarti' on Sunday.## Her mother and actor Amrita Singh was with her.## The Kashi Vikas Samiti has now raised objections to the actor's visit on the grounds that Sara Ali Khan in a non-Hindu.## Chandra Shekhar Kapoor, the secretary of the Samiti, said, "The actor's visit to the temple is against traditions and established norms. It also raises questions on the security of the temple when there is a signboard clearly stating that the entry of 'non-Hindus' is prohibited."## He said that some priests had violated norms because they had probably got "a handsome dakshina" and free publicity.## Sara's visit was highly publicized because the actor herself uploaded a video on her social media account in which she gave her fans a tour of the 'Banaras ki Gali' leading up to the temple and is seen showing the various shops along the lane.## The Kashi Vikas Samiti has now demanded a probe into the actor's visit and action against those responsible.## Local pandits and seers are also upset over Sara attending the 'Ganga aarti' and the Kashi Vishwanath temple.## "Though we appreciate her interest in the Hindu religion the fact remains that she is a Muslim and should not have participated in the rituals. For her, all this could be 'interesting and exciting' but for us, it is a matter of religious piety," said Rakesh Mishra, a priest.## He further said that Sara would be known by the religion of her father, Saif Ali Khan, who is a Muslim.## Another priest Amarnath Bajpai, however, defended the actor and said that she was accompanied by her mother, Amrita Singh, who is a devout Hindu.## A local tour operator Siddhu Tiwari, meanwhile, said that it was the behavior of some 'close-minded people' who were raising objections on the issue.## "Any person, including Sara, can visit a temple if they believe in the deity. The 'Ganga aarti' is attended by thousands of foreigners who are non-Hindus too. People are only looking for publicity by making an issue out of this. Sara Ali Khan: I don't look at myself as a star

Mumbai, March 5 (IANS) Actress Sara Ali Khan doesn't think she grew up in a family of stars and says she doesn't consider herself as a star.## "My parents are actors, but I don't think I have been grown up in the family of stars. Father, for instance, has always been very particular about education and my mother is the flagbearer of humility. She so believes putting your head down and letting your work speak for yourself," Sara said.## "I never had much exposure to Bollywood. I don't really think I come from a family of stars. I don't look at myself as a star," added the daughter of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh.## Looking back at her growing up years, she said: "I was a mischievous student in school who played pranks on everyone. One of the pranks I remember was dropping glue on the fan blades which spilled all over the class when switched on. I almost got suspended for this because my principal kept asking why I did this, and I had no answer to it."## Asked about her equation with the wife of Saif and actress Kareena Kapoor, Sara replied: "I admire Kareena Kapoor and her work. She's a professional who always gives preference to work.
