Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Vishwambhara' Release Date Locked

Hyderabad, April 8 - Megastar Chiranjeevi and director Mallidi Vassishta have teamed up for the first time for a socio-fantasy drama film Vishwambhara. The film was announced in 2023 with the first look poster, and since then, the fans have been eagerly waiting for its release. ## Vishwambhara was supposed to be released on Sankranti 2025 but was postponed due to the pending work. Now, according to the latest Telugu media report, the movie is gearing up to hit the big screens on July 24, 2025, worldwide. It is the same date on which Chiranjeevi's iconic Indra was released in 2022. ## The film is produced by UV Creations and has music by M. M. Keeravani. The buzz for the movie is growing, and it is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Telugu movies of the year. Apart from Chiranjeevi, the film also stars Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, and Ashika Ranganath in prominent roles. ## Meanwhile, apart from Vishwambhara, Chiranjeevi has also greenlit two more major films – one with Anil Ravipudi and another with Srikanth Odela. Director Anil Ravipudi Wishes To Remake Blockbuster 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam' In Hindi With Superstar Salman Khan

Mumbai, January 30 - Director Anil Ravipudi's action comedy Sankranthiki Vasthunam emerged as a huge blockbuster and Sankranthi winner by a long margin at the worldwide box office. The Venkatesh Daggubati-fronted has crossed 225 crores gross collection is heading towards 250 crores marks. ## Sankranthiki Vasthunam met with a unanimous positive reception from the audience, leading to its blockbuster success. The movie has exceeded box office expectations and ignited chatter about its potential remakes in other versions.## Meanwhile, director Ravipudi already has an action in his mind for the Hindi version. During a recent interview, the filmmaker shared that he wishes to remake Sankranthiki Vasthunam in Hindi with superstar Salman Khan. The director reasons that the subject of the movie suits the Sultan star. ## "I would love to remake Sankranthiki Vasthunnam with Salman Sir. Box Office: 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam' Hits 200 Crore Gross Worldwide

Mumbai, January 25 - Telugu veteran Venkatesh Daggubati's action comedy Sankranthiki Vasthunam has entered the 200 crores gross club at the worldwide box office, becoming the first film for the actor to achieve the feat. ## Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the Sankranthi blockbuster hit the double century on its 12th day which is one of the fastest non-Pan India Telugu titles to do so. The movie is having a super strong second weekend domestically and through Saturday, it has stormed past the box office milestone. ## In India, Sankranthiki Vasthunam has grossed approximately 172+ crores while overseas business is around 31 crores for the worldwide cume total of 203+ crores in 12 days. As said, it is the first for Venky and the second for director Ravipudi after Mahesh Babu-fronted Sarileru Neekevvaru to enter 200 crores gross club. ## Produced by Dil Raju, Sankranthiki Vasthunam is one of the biggest Telugu blockbusters released in the festive month of January. Box Office: 'Sankranthiki Vasthunam' Emerges A Big Blockbuster; Tops 100 Crore Gross Worldwide

Hyderabad, January 18 - Staying true to its title, Venkatesh Daggubati's action comedy Sankranthiki Vasthunam has emerged as a Sankranthi winner, heading towards becoming a big blockbuster at the worldwide box office. Anil Ravipudi directs the movie which marks his reunion with Venky after F2 and F3.## Released on the day of Sankranthi (January 14), the movie faced competition from Ram Charan's Game Changer and Balakrishna's Daaku Maharaaj. However, both the other movies stood no chance in the front of box office carnage of Sankranthiki Vasthunam which emerged as the number 1 choice of the moviegoers from day 1. ## The movie scored approximately 27 crore gross in India and around 35 crores worldwide upon its Tuesday opening day, making it the biggest opener of Venkatesh. Thanks to the positive word of mouth, it showed a remarkable hold in the following days and in just 4 days, the film crossed 100 crores at the worldwide box office. ## Sankranthiki Vasthunam has grossed approximately 105 crores worldwide, including approximately 90 crores gross in India and 15 crores at the overseas box office. Box Office: Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Bhagavanth Kesari' Crosses 100 Crores Gross Worldwide

Hyderabad, October 30 - Veteran Telugu superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna has completed the hattrick of 100 crores grosser at the worldwide box office with his latest action drama Bhagavanth Kesari. Earlier, "Akhanda" and "Veera Simha Reddy" achieved this feat. ## Directed by Anil Ravipudi, "Bhagavanth Kesari has crossed the 100 crores gross mark as I type this (in 12 days) and becomes the 6th Telugu movie of the year to do so. The movie scored approximately 99 crores gross through the second Sunday (11 days) and is expected to be around 101 crores at the end of the second Monday. ## "Bhagavanth Kesari" has minted approximately 86 crores gross at the Indian box office and an estimated 13 crores overseas through second Sunday. Interestingly, Balakrishna has only three films in the 100 crores gross club worldwide and all three films have come back-to-back in the last two years.## "Akhanda", directed by Boyapati Srinu, was the first movie of the actor to hit the century mark globally in 2021, while director Gopichand Malineni's "Veera Simha Reddy" reached the milestone earlier this year and is currently the actor's highest-grossing film with approximately 130 crores. ## The latest hit has scored approximately 76.75 crores gross in Telugu states, followed by approx. 7.50 crores in Karnataka, approx. 80 lakh in Tamil Nadu, approx. 10 lakh in Kerala and around 70 lakh in the rest of India.## Stay tuned...

Nandamuri Balakrishna's 'Bhagavath Kesari' Worldwide Pre-Release Theatrical Business Details

Hyderabad, October 15 - Veteran Telugu star Nandamuri Balakrishna teamed with director Anil Ravipudi for the first time on the action drama Bhagavanth Kesari. Produced by Shine Screens, the movie has Kajal Aggarwal, Sreeleela and Arjun Rampal (Telugu debut) in prominent roles.## "Bhagavanth Kesari" is carrying good buzz among the fans as well as trade. NBK is coming after two back-to-back big hits in the form of "Akhanda" and "Veera Simha Reddy" which are also his only two films to cross the 100 crores gross mark at the worldwide box office. Anil Ravipudi too has proved his mettle with films like "Sarileru Neekevvaru" and "F2 & F3", so the combo of the actor and director is working well in the trade. ## The upcoming movie, which is scheduled to hit theatres on October 19, is among the top movies of NBK in terms of the pre-release theatrical business. According to a report by Track Tollywood, the film has done a pre-release business of around 70 crores worldwide. ## The Telugu states (Andhra Pradesh and Telangana) rights are said to be sold for 59 crores, including 15 crores for the Nizam area. The Rest of India theatrical rights have been done at approximately 4.50 crores while overseas business is around 6 crores. Hyderabad, August 20 - Veteran Telugu superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna is flying high with back-to-back box office success. While the actor's "Akhanda" (2021) became his first 100 crores worldwide grosser, his "Veera Simha Reddy" topped it earlier this year and emerge NBK's biggest grosser yet.## Nandamuri Balakrishna is now gearing up for his next blockbuster, titled "Bhagavanth Kesari". Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the action comedy-drama is one of the most-anticipated Telugu movies of the year.
