Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Vishwambhara' Release Date Locked

Hyderabad, April 8 - Megastar Chiranjeevi and director Mallidi Vassishta have teamed up for the first time for a socio-fantasy drama film Vishwambhara. The film was announced in 2023 with the first look poster, and since then, the fans have been eagerly waiting for its release. ## Vishwambhara was supposed to be released on Sankranti 2025 but was postponed due to the pending work. Now, according to the latest Telugu media report, the movie is gearing up to hit the big screens on July 24, 2025, worldwide. It is the same date on which Chiranjeevi's iconic Indra was released in 2022. ## The film is produced by UV Creations and has music by M. M. Keeravani. The buzz for the movie is growing, and it is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Telugu movies of the year. Apart from Chiranjeevi, the film also stars Trisha Krishnan, Kunal Kapoor, and Ashika Ranganath in prominent roles. ## Meanwhile, apart from Vishwambhara, Chiranjeevi has also greenlit two more major films – one with Anil Ravipudi and another with Srikanth Odela. Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Vishwambhara' Teaser Scored 21 Million Views In The First 24 Hours

Hyderabad, October 13 - Megastar Chiranjeevi's socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara is turning into one of the most anticipated Telugu movies of 2025. Whatever asset the makers have released so far has hit the bull's eye, including the teaser which has taken things a notch higher. ## The teaser of Vishwambhara was launched on October 12 on the occasion of Dussehra and it received unanimously positive reception from fans. On YouTube, the teaser scored a massive 21 million views in the first 24 hours, making it the second most-watched Telugu teaser of the year. ## Among the all-time most-watched Telugu teasers in the first 24 hours, Vishwambhara is at 4th after Radhe Shyam (42.6 million), Sarkaru Vaari Paata (23 million) and Intro Pushpa 2 - The Rule (22.50 million). This is a sensational response which speaks a lot about the hype around the film. ## Vishwambhara is directed by Mallidi Vassishta and it marks his first film with megastar Chiranjeevi. Hyderabad, July 20 - Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently shooting for an ambitious socio-fantasy action entertainer Vishwambhara which is being directed by Bimbisara fame Mallidi Vashishta. It marks the duo's maiden collaboration which is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Telugu movies of 2025. ## Produced by UV Creations, Vishwambhara is scheduled to be released on January 10, 2025, during the Sankranthi festival weekend. With under 6 months left for the release, the makers are gearing up to release the first asset of the movie on Chiranjeevi's birthday on August 22. ## According to the latest Telugu media reports, a first-look glimpse teaser of Vishwambhara will be released on August 22 on the megastar's 69th birthday. The official announcement of the same will be made soon. The movie has Trisha Krishnan as the female lead alongside Meenakshi Chaudhary, Vennela Kishore, Ashika Ranganath and others in key roles.## Chiranjeevi was last seen in director Meher Ramesh's action drama Bhola Shankar which was released on August 11, 2023.
