Aamir Khan's 'Sitaare Zameen Par' Release Date Officially Announced

Mumbai, May 5 - One of the most anticipated films of the year, superstar Aamir Khan's comedy drama Sitaare Zameen Par has officially been confirmed to hit the big screens on June 20 this year. The makers announced the release date with the first look poster on Monday. ## Directed by R. S. Prasanna, Sitaare Zameen Par is a sequel to Khan's 2007 film Taare Zameen Par, and it is based on the Spanish film Champions (2018). Ajay Devgn's 'De De Pyaar De 2' Gets A New Release Date

Mumbai, December 19 - The sequel to Bollywood star Ajay Devgn's romantic comedy De De Pyaar De has officially been postponed and will be released on November 14, 2025. ## Directed by Anshul Sharma, De De Pyaar De 2 was supposed to hit the big screen on May 1st, 2025, a date which has now been taken by Devgn's crime thriller Raid 2. The new release date of DDPD2 is exactly a year after Raid 2's original release date of November 14, 2024. ## DDPD 2, produced by T-Series and Luv Films, will see Ajay Devgn reprise his role along with Rakul Preet Singh, who also returns to reprise his character from the first movie released in 2019. R. Fauji 2: New Version of Shah Rukh Khan's Iconic TV Show Announced

New Delhi, October 15 - Filmmaker Sandeep Singh has collaborated with the national broadcaster Doordarshan to announce Fauji 2, the new version of Shah Rukh Khan-led iconic television series.## Directed by Abhinav Pareek, Fauji 2 will star Vicky Jain and Gauahar Khan in the leading roles and will introduce twelve new actors - Aashish Bhardwaj, Utkarsh Kohli, Rudra Soni, Amardeep Phogat, Ayaan Manchanda, Niel Satpuda, Suvansh Dhar, Priyanshu Rajguru, Aman Singh Deep, Udit Kapur, Maansi and Sushmita Bhandari.## The show will feature 11 songs with music composed by music director Shreyas Puranik. Sonu Nigam has lent his voice to the title track of Fauji 2, produced by Sandeep Singh and co-produced by Vicky Jain and Zafar Mehdi with Sameer Hallim as the Creative Head. ## The original show, Fauji was first aired in 1989 and was created by the legendary writer and producer, Lt. John Abraham's 'Vedaa' Censor Certificate and Theatrical Runtime Revealed

Mumbai, August 9 - Bollywood star John Abraham and actress Sharvari Wagh are gearing up for the release of their action drama Vedaa which reunites John with director Nikkhil Advani after Batla House. It is produced by Zee Studios, Emmay Entertainment, and JA Entertainment. ## Vedaa, which is said to be inspired by true events, is a story of bravery, of the power of one. It is the story of an uprising, of challenging a draconian system. Mumbai, July 29 - A couple of days back, the makers of John Abraham-fronted upcoming action drama Vedaa issued a statement stating that the censorship of the movie was facing delay due to some reasons as the team putting all the efforts to make it ready for August 15 release.## While there is no official word on further development yet, the latest reports have confirmed that Vedaa has been censored by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) and it has received a 'U/A' certificate without any cuts, as per Pinkvilla. The makers, however, have been advised to put a disclaimer at the beginning to avoid any confusion. ## The movie deals with an important issue and the CBFC team reportedly could relate to what makers are trying to address through the film. Dharma Productions' Clarifies On The Rumours of 'Kill' Remake

Mumbai, July 16 - Producer Karan Johar's Dharma Productions has issued an official statement on the recent speculations about the remake rights of its action thriller Kill which is currently playing in theatres and doing decent business.## Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, Kill was announced to be remade in Hollywood by John Wick director Chad Stahelski even before the film's official release in India on July 5. Mumbai, July 2 - Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment's A-rated action thriller Kill, which is scheduled to be released theatrically on July 5, is set to be remade in Hollywood by the John Wick director Chad Stahelski who will produce the movie for Lionsgate. ## Kill has been rated 'A' by CBFC for extreme violence and it is billed as the Indian version of the John Wick franchise.
