A Huge Village Set For Nani's 'Dasara' Will Cost Producers A Staggering Rs. 12 Crores!

Hyderabad, January 26 - Telugu star Nani hits the bull's eye with his big-screen comeback movie "Shyam Singha Roy". The actor is now gearing to begin the shoot of his next film titled "Darara". Set in Telangana will be directed by debutante Srikanth Odela. ## Meanwhile, the makers of the film are prepping a grand village set to shoot a few crucial scenes. It is reported that this huge village set will cost producers a staggering sum of Rs. 12 crores. Avinash Kolla, the art director who worked for "Shyam Singha Roy" will be overseeing the work for the "Dasara" sets as well.## The makers are trying to bring in the village ambiance which would resemble the Singareni coal mines in the Godavarikhani area of Telangana.## "Dasara" is said to be a period action drama film in which Nani plays a rural guy. Keerthy Suresh is the female lead and it reunites her with Nani for the first time after Nenu Local (2017). The makers had released the first glimpse of on Dussehra last year which showed the rustic getups of Nani and Keerthy Suresh and it looked very promising. ## Sudhakar Cherukuri is producing the film under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas. Malayalam actor Roshan Mathew has been roped in to play a crucial role. Ram Pothineni's Upcoming Bilingual Movie 'The Warrior' Attracts Handsome Price For Hindi Dubbing

Hyderabad, January 25 - Telugu star Ram Pothineni's next film has been titled "The Warriorr", which is being directed by Lingusamy. The Tamil-Telugu bilingual movie recently went on floors under the production banner of Srinivasa Silver Screen. ## Ram Pothineni is playing the role of a cop in this film, which is touted to be a different kind of movie in this genre. Meanwhile, "The Warrior" is already getting the attention for its Hindi dubbed version as RAPO's previous movies, such as "iSmart Shankar", "Shivam", were quite popular on satellite in Hindi. ## According to reports, the makers of "The Warrior" have sold the Hindi dubbing rights (Satellite & Digital) to RKD Studios for a handsome price of Rs. 16 crores, which is the highest for RAPO's movie. In the last couple of years, South Indian movies are gaining a lot of attention among Hindi audiences, so it is no surprise that #RAPO19 is sold for a whopping sum. ## "The Warrior" marks RAPO's debut in Tamil cinema. Mumbai, January 24 - Telugu star Ravi Teja delivered the first Indian blockbuster of 2021 in the form of the action-drama film "Krack". Released in January 9, "Krack" went on gross over Rs. 60 crores worldwide, and played a big role in bringing people back to theaters. ## The actor is now gearing up for the release of his next, titled "Khiladi". Directed by Ramesh Varma, the action-packed thriller is scheduled to release on February 11 worldwide. Manish Shah Of Goldmines Telefilms Predicts Box Office Fate Of Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa - The Rule'

Mumbai, January 22 - Allu Arjun's "Pushpa - The Rise" (Part 1), which was released on December 17, shocked the industry and trade experts with its phenomenal box office outcome in the dubbed Hindi version. This Sukumar-directed, however, has had an average opening in Hindi, but strong word of mouth helped it put up a strong show at the box office, clocking Rs. 90 crores in Hindi till now. ## Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms has the Hindi dubbed rights and it is said that he generated over Rs. 40 crores profit from the theatrical release of the film. He is now looking optimistic about the box office potential of part two, titled "Pushpa - The Rule". The hype for "Pushpa 2" is already sky-high, and it could repeat what Prabhas' "Baahubali - The Conclusion" did in Hindi belts. ## "Pushpa 2" is slated to go on floors in April 2022, and the makers are eyeing to release it in December this year. Manish Shah, during a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, had said that the movie might not release this year but he is confident that it will be a historic blockbuster and might even break "Baahubali 2's" box office record in Hindi. ## "In my opinion, Pushpa 2 – The Rule is going to be a historic blockbuster. I don't know how many records it will break", he said. Baahubali 2 had made a whopping Rs. 510 crores in Hindi (highest ever in Hindi). Shah believes that if executed well, "Pushpa 2" can break that record.## "Well, there's a possibility. Baahubali's first part collected Rs. 120 crores. Pushpa: The Rise – Part 01 will end up with a lifetime of Rs. 93-94 crores. Therefore, the difference is only 30%. 50% zyada mehnat kar di hum sab ne to Pushpa 2 Baahubali 2 ka record tod degi! (If we have worked 50% more, then Pushpa 2 will break the record of Bahubali 2)", he added.## The script of "Pushpa 2" is currently being developed by Sukumar. It is said that the second part will have one more antagonist besides Fahadh Faasil, who will be the main villain in the film. Mumbai, January 19 - Allu Arjun's Telugu blockbuster "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" (2020) is gearing up the release of its Hindi version on January 26. After the unpreceded success of "Pushpa - The Rise" in Hindi belts, Allu Arjun proved his stardom in Hindi and now, the makers want to cash in the opportunity with one of his biggest blockbusters. ## Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms in association with AA Films acquired the Hindi dubbing rights of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo". Normally, the dubbed versions of South Indian films do not release theatrically, however, the "Pushpa" success has installed enough confidence in makers to go for the big. ## In a recent chat with Bollywood Hungama, Manish Shah shared the release plans of the dubbed version of Telugu superstar's second highest-grosser of all time. He also called AVPL the biggest non-Baahubali hit down South. The producer has leid high hopes with this film as well and is hoping that AVPL will also create the same success as "Pushpa". ## Manish Shah revealed that the Hindi theatrical trailer of "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" will be released on January 20. The teaser was unveiled on January 18. As for the screen count, the producer put the record straight and said that they are targetting a single screen audience and eyeing around 2000 screens in the country.## Interestingly, "Pushpa - The Rise" has had the highest screen count for the Hindi version was around 1650, so releasing AVPL on 2000 screens will be a more than handful if it catches the attention of the audience.
