Gol Maal (1979) - The 1979 release Gol Maal is the highest rated Bollywood comedy movie on IMDb with 8.6 ratings. It was directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee with Amol Palekar, Utpal Dutt, and Bindiya Goswami in key roles. Legendary Amitabh Bachchan made a guest appearance. The film won several awards including the Best Actor to Amol Palekar and the Best Comedian to Utpal Dutt at Filmfare Awards. Gol Maal was later remade in 4 other languages between 1981 to 2013. ## 2.
