The Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli has accepted the fact that it won't be easy for the players to play without the crowd in the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League which is scheduled to start on September 19 in the UAE. ## The RCB captain did acknowledge that the cricket field would be a significantly 'stranger' place from the last time he was on it. However, Kohli suggests that the crowd factor will diminish as the tournament will progress. ## "I won't deny the fact that it's going to be difficult initially," Virat told The Bold Diaries on the RCB channel. "It is going to be strange. Just the echo of the ball hitting the bat. I haven't experienced that since playing Ranji Trophy cricket back in 2010. The coronavirus has caught the Chennai Super Kings' support staff as multiple members of the team tested positive. According to reports, as many as 10 members from support staff and one Indian player have found positive for the COVID-19. ## The team landed in Dubai on August 21 and upon completion of the mandatory six-day quarantine, were supposed to start training from Friday (August 28). But now, with coronavirus has hit the team, according to reports, CSK has extended its quarantine period for one more week and will only begin training from September 1. ## As per the Standard Operating Procedures that need to be followed during the IPL, all persons associated with the tournament would undergo a test upon arrival in the UAE. This would be followed by tests on days 1, 3, and 5 of their quarantine period at the team hotel, and only after testing negative in all three would the players be allowed to train. ## The Super Kings, before their arrival in the UAE, had held a five-day training camp in Chennai. After helping thousands of migrant workers to reach their homes, actor Sonu Sood is now set to launch the "Pravasi Rojgar app", which will help migrant workers to find employment opportunities in various sectors across the country. ## The "Overseas Employment App" will be launched on July 23, Thursday with job opportunities from over 500 reputed companies related to construction, apparel, healthcare, engineering, BPOs, security, automobile, e-commerce, and logistics available on the platform. One of the leading actors of Star Plus's show Ishqbaaz, Shrenu Parikh was recently diagnosed with the Coronavirus and was admitted to a hospital in Vadodara. However, the actress has now almost recovered and back home and is quarantining as a precautionary measure. ## Now, the 30-year-old opens up about her experience of dealing with the COVID-19. In an exclusive chat with ETimes, she shared that despite barely stepping out from her home for five months and taking all the precautions she got infected with this virus. In her road to recovery, Shrenu further stated the value of life and how she put up a brave face in front of her parents but couldn't hold back her tears while speaking to her Ishqbaaz girls. ## While talking about how she knew she got infected, She said that initially, she had a bit of cough that she assumed was normal viral. After a few days, she had a fever that made her a little worried. However, despite all the symptoms, she was in denial mode that she had this virus until she lost her sense of smell.## When she got the news of her came positive, she informed her parents and asked them not to panic. She also informed everyone who had come in contact with her to get themselves tested. Luckily, all of them tested negative including her parents and she thanked God for that because she was feeling guilty and responsible.## The actress shared that she spent 7 days in the hospital before getting discharged and asked for a strict quarantine at home for next 7 days. While speaking about the hospital staff, she stated that they are no less than God. They were taking care of her properly and were so nice and not being negative. Saluting their commendable efforts, Shrenu Parikh couldn’t be more grateful for them.## While pointing out at the value of life, Shrenu said that a lot of people hide about being covid positive only because of sheer stigma or their neighbors' badmouth.
