Holi Sees A Massive Day At The Hindi Box Office

Mumbai, March 19, 2022: The Hindi Box office has witnessed its highest single day at the box office thanks to the Holi festival. The combined collections of all the running titles are around the 33-34 Cr net. ## The bulk collections came from the Kashmir Files which is behaving like no other film in the past with all-time records being smashed. The Kashmir Files has contributed 19.15 Crout of those 34 Cr which is more than 50% of the total. ## Bachchhan Paandey collected 13.25 Cr which is a good number considering the competition. There was potential for higher collections for Bachchan Pandey that would have taken the collections to near the 40 Cr mark but Bachchan Pandey has underperformed a little bit on the first day. ## The other holdover titles like Gangubai Kathiawadi, The Batman among others may collect in the range of 1 Cr. It was a huge day at the box office for the Hindi box office. ## Stay tuned.

Mumbai, March 13 (IANS) It seems Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan had a great time on Holi, spending quality time with family and gorging on a whole lot of sweets -- especially gujiyas! ## Big B took to his blog to share a few pictures from Holi celebration at home. In one of the images, we can see the actor munching on gujiya. ## "...have a gujiya," he captioned the image. ## In other images, he is seen standing next to his wife Jaya Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya, and enjoying Holika dahan. ## In the post, Amitabh Bachchan also revealed the reason behind his children Abhishek Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan's absence from the celebration. ## "Abhishek is shooting for ‘Bob Biswas' in Kolkata. Shweta is on her way back. Mumbai, March 11 (IANS) Bollywood stars including Amitabh Bachchan, Ranveer Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Karisma Kapoor celebrated the festival of colors with friends and family members.## Keeping the celebrations low-key, Kareena spent the day with her husband, actor Saif Ali Khan, and son Taimur, and close family members. She shared a video of herself sporting a smudge of pink on her face, saying: "I think pink is my color. Agree?" She also posted a picture of Taimur dressed in a white kurta.## "Looks like pink is his color too," she said.## Karisma had fun with her children and posted a snapshot with her children. She can be seen throwing water balloons with her kids at her apartment.## Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's Holi celebration was all about traditions she shared glimpses of her family's Holi puja.## Global icon Priyanka Chopra and husband Nick Jonas' Holi was also a family affair in Pune.## "We have already been living in color over the past few days.
