Woman Cricketers With Most Hundreds In T20Is

India's T20 skipper Harmanpreet Kaur became the first Indian batter to score a century in women T20Is after she hammered 103 off 51 balls against New Zealand in the opening match of ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2018 on Friday, November 9 at Providence Stadium, Guyana. Her century helped India to registered a comprehensive 34-runs win to kick-start their World Cup campaign.## As far as Women's cricket concern, only Ten Centuries have been scored so far in T20Is. West Indies' Deandra Dottin was the first batter to achieve this landmark and she is also the record holder of fastest century in this format of the game (38 balls vs South Africa, 2010).## Here is the complete list of Women cricketers with most centuries in T20Is:## 1. Danielle Wyatt (ENG) - Danielle Wyatt is one of the only two woman players to have scored more than one hundred in the shortest format of the game. She scored her maiden hundred against Australia in 2017 and later on, she registered his second hundred against India at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai in March 2018.## 2. Deandra Dottin (WI) - Deandra Dottin is one of those woman players who is known for her hard-hitting ability. She was the first woman cricketer to score two hundred in T20Is. The 27-year old right-hander all-rounder was the first women centurion when she scored 112* off 45 balls against South Africa in Warner Park, Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis in 2010.## 3. Shandre Fritz (SA) - Shandre Fritz is a South African player who has represented his side in 26 T20Is. She was the second players to have a T20I century to her name. She scored 116* off 71 balls against the Netherlands in Absa Puk Oval, Potchefstroom, South Africa in October 2010.## 4. Meg Lanning (AUS) - Australia's skipper in all three formats, Meg Lanning is one of the best woman cricketers in the modern era. She is one of the only two Australian players to have scored a century in T20Is. She scored 126 off 65 balls against Ireland in 2014.## 5. Beth Mooney (AUS) - Another Australian player who has a T20Is century to her name. She scored 117* off 70 balls against England in Manuka Oval, Canberra, Australia in 2017. The left-hander Mooney plays for the Women's Big Bash League team Brisbane Heat.## 6. Suzie Bates (NZ) - The leading run-getter and number-one batter in women's T20I ranking, Suzie Bates is arguably one of the best woman cricketers to play cricket. Bates has been New Zealand's premier batter over the years. The 31-year old right-hander scored 124* off 66 balls against South Africa this year in June.## 7. Tammy Beaumont (ENG) - Tammy Beaumont is second England's player after Danielle Wyatt to score a hundred in T20Is. Her century came against South Africa this year in June where she scored 116 off 52 balls in County Ground, Taunton, England.## 8. Harmanpreet Kaur (IND) - Harmanpreet Kaur is the newest member in women's centurion clubs. She also became the first Indian batter to score hundred in this format of the game. Dominant India Clean Sri Lanka Sweep

India women cricket team's dominance over Sri Lankan women continued as they clean Sri Lanka swept in 5-match T20I series. In fifth and final T20I, India beat Sri Lanka by 51-runs at FTZ Cricket Complex, Katunayake on Tuesday, September 25 and won the series 4-0 with the third match was washed out.## The series played as a part of ICC World Championship. India won both ODI and T20I series against Sri Lanka. Before T20Is, India emerged as the victorious in 3-match ODI series which they won 2-1.## Skipper Harmanpreet Kaur was the star for India. Riding on her 63 off 38 balls along with Jemimah Rodrigues's 46 off 31 balls, India women posted 156-all out in 18.3 overs. ## India was 128 for 3 after 14 overs at one stage but Sri Lanka bounced back strongly to restrict India on the modest total.## For Sri Lanka Shashikala Siriwardene and Inoshi Priyadharshani were pick off the bowlers. Both bowled exceedingly well especially later part of the inning to stop India on that total. ## Siriwardene took 3 for 19 in 3.3 overs while Inoshi finished her spell with 3 for 24 in 4 overs.## Sri Lanka's run chase could never get going with wickets falling at regular intervals. They could not start well and lost two early wickets on 13 in 2.4 overs. ## However, Anushka Sanjeevani (29), Siriwardene (22) and Oshadi Ranasinghe (22) tried to bring Sri Lanka back in the game with 34 and 39 back to back partnership.## Once Sri Lanka loses their 4th wicket on 86, it was a matter of time for Sri Lanka to bundled out on 105 in 17.4 overs and lost by 51-runs. India's bowling was stand out once again.
