It becomes the first Hollywood movie to gross $100M+ in the opening weekend during the covid-19 pandemic, that too without the biggest movie market China, where it is scheduled to debut on October 29.## The United Kingdom is leading the overseas race for "No Time To Die", where the movie notched the biggest three-day total in the United Kingdom and generated $34.4 million in the 4-day weekend. Apart from the UK, Germany has contributed $14.7M, along with Japan ($5.8M), Denmark ($5.3M), S. Korea ($4.6M), Hong Kong ($2.9M), among others. ## As compared to previous Bond movies, "No Time To Die" topped 2012's "Skyfall" ($109 million debut internationally), and fell just short of 2015's "Spectre", which grossed $123 million in the opening weekend internationally. Legendary East is handling the release of Dune in the PRC and it will release everywhere in China. ## On the other hand, Universal Pictures' "No Time To Die" starring Daniel Craig as James Bond for the last time, has also set China release date on October 29. China being an important market for Bond movies, the movie studios intentionally waited to rebound in the throes of the pandemic. ## Both the movies are confirmed by the Maoyan website as upcoming releases in China. Dune and No Time to Die are the only two Hollywood movies that had recently been granted certificates and we were waiting on release dates in China. MGM boasts a film library of around 4,000 titles and 17,000 hours of TV programming, including the Bond, Rocky/Creed, and The Hobbit film franchises.## Meanwhile, the billion-dollar deal came at a time when the 25th installment in the James Bond film series - No Time to Die, is only a few months away from its worldwide theatrical release. The question, however, arises whether "No Time To Die" will release in theaters or it will go directly to Amazon Prime Video. ## Well, there is some breather for cinemas in this regard as longtime James Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Los Angeles, March 16 (IANS) "Quantum of Solace" actress Olga Kurylenko has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, she has revealed.## The 40-year-old, who played Camille Montes in the 2008 film, said she was diagnosed after feeling "ill for almost a week" with fever and fatigue, reports the Daily Mail.## She is now facing days in isolation and posted a picture of her locked window on Instagram on Sunday night as she revealed she was "locked up at home".## The actress added: "Fever and fatigue are my main symptoms. Take care of yourself and do take this seriously!"## Kurylenko starred opposite Daniel Craig in "Quantum of Solace" as Bolivian secret agent Camille Montes, a role for which she did dialect training.## "The Death Of Stalin" actress, who was born in Soviet-era Ukraine but is now a French citizen, wrote her Instagram caption in both English and the Cyrillic alphabet.## Russian reports say she has lived in London for around a decade, but she did not say where she is undergoing quarantine.## She said: "To bring down the temperature, they said to take Paracetamol, which I do. That's all. Nothing more to do. Of course, I still take vitamins for myself like that. And I eat garlic, just for the immune system. I drink water. Squeeze lemons in water. That's all."## Kurylenko's diagnosis comes days after Hollywood star Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson became the first major Hollywood celebrities to contract the virus.## Kurylenko had recently finished shooting her upcoming movie "The Bay Of Silence", according to The Hollywood Reporter.
