Mumbai, April 5 - Director Vikas Bahl's supernatural thriller Shaitaan has screamed past 200 crores gross at the worldwide box office, becoming the second Bollywood and third Indian movie of 2024 to achieve the feat after Figther and Hanuman. ## Starring Ajay Devgn, Jyothika, R. Madhava, and Janki Bodiwala, Shaitaan has grossed approximately 166.75 crores in India and an estimated 33.25 crores overseas in 4 weeks (28 days) for worldwide 200 crores gross. Box Office: Shaitaan Scored A Very Good Second Week

Mumbai, March 22 - Ajay Devgn-fronted supernatural thriller Shaitaan has had a very good second week at the domestic box office, dropping just around 55% from the opening frame and also going past the 100 crores net mark. ## Directed by Vikas Bahl, Shaitaan scored approximately 34.50 crores net in the second week, pushing the total collection to over 114+ crores in 14 days. The movie is currently the second highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2024 and is looking to finish over 150 crores in India net. ## At the overseas box office, the movie has so far minted an estimated 30 crores as worldwide total crossed 165 crores gross. Box Office: Shaitaan Crosses 100 Crore India Net

Mumbai, March 17 - Director Vikas Bahl's supernatural horror thriller Shaitaan has entered the 100 crores net club on its 10th day and becomes the second Bollywood movie of 2024 after Hrithik Roshan's Fighter to do so. ## Starring Ajay Devgn, Jyothika, R. Madhavan, and Janki Bodiwala, Shaitaan scored approximately 93.30 crores net through the second Saturday (9 days) and is looking to score another 9+ crores net on Sunday which will take the total collection to over 102+ crores. ## It has become the 119th film ever to top 100 crores net in the Hindi language. For Ajay Devgn, Shaitaan is his 13th movie, the second for R. Madhavan, and the first for Jyothika to achieve the milestone. Ajay Devgn's 'Shaitaan' Advance Booking Status And Opening Day Box Office Expectations

Mumbai, March 7 - After the good first two months of 2024, the Hindi film industry has now pinned its hope on Ajay Devgn-fronted supernatural horror thriller Shaitaan to continue the momentum at the box office. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film also stars Jyothika, R. Madhavan, and Janki Bodiwala in key roles and is scheduled to release on March 8.## Shaitaan has been able to generate a decent buzz, thanks to the genre and well-received trailer. The booking for the film was opened a couple of days back and though it is not over the roof it is still decent considering the horror genre which has a limited audience. ## As of 3 PM on March 7, the pre-sales gross collection of Shaitaan for the opening day is around 2.50 crores with close to 110K tickets sold. The final pre-sales of the movie are expected to finish around 3.50 crores for the opening day which will be a decent response. ## The pre-sales of Shaitaan are more or less similar to Sam Bahadur and Dream Girl 2 though the genre of both these films was different. Given the booking trend, the Ajay Devgn-starrer opening could be somewhere around Dream Girl 2 which scored 10.69 crores net. The walk-ins, given the positive word of mouth, are expected to be better than the aforementioned two films, plus the Ajay Devgn factor also boasts the chances.## There is a holiday on March 8 on account of Maha Shivratri which will further strengthen the film's opening day box office prospects so the start in the range of 10-13 crores is very much on the card. The good thing for Shaitaan is that there is no big competition this week apart from holdovers. Ajay Devgn's 'Shaitaan' Censor Certificate and Official Runtime Revealed

Mumbai, March 5 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn set to thrill the audiences with his upcoming supernatural thriller film Shaitaan, co-starring R. Madhavan, Jyothika, and Janki Bodiwala. The Vikas Bahl's directorial movie is gearing up to release on March 8 on the occasion of Mahashivrati. ## Shaitaan is said to be the remake of the Gujarati film Vash, however, unlike the original version, the upcoming film has been granted a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The original movie got an 'A' (adult only) certificate from the censor board. ## According to reports, Shaitaan received 4 modifications from the Examining Committee (EC) of the CBFC while Vash was censored only after 8 major cuts.
