Kapil Sharma Refused Vivek Agnihotri's Claim Of 'The Kashmir Files' Cast Not Invited On The Kapil Sharma Show

Mumbai, March 10 - Comedian and actor, Kapil Sharma has refused filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri's claim that the cast of his upcoming movie "The Kashmir Files" was denied to promote the film on The Kapil Sharma Show. Agnihotri's remark on Kapil left social media users in anger as they demand the boycott of his show. ## Kapil Sharma, however, said that there is no truth about Agnihotri's remark. Gangubai Kathiawadi Officially Enters Rs. 100 Crores Net Club

Mumbai, March 9 - Alia Bhatt is now the new box office QUEEN! "Gangubai Kathiawadi", a biographical drama, has officially entered Rs. 100 crores net club after an estimated Rs. 3 crores on the second Wednesday, pushing total domestic net to Rs. 102.64 crores. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directed took just 13 days to reach the box office milestone, the second-fastest for a solely woman-led film. Kangana Ranaut's "Tanu Weds Manu Returns" is the fastest to reach Rs. 100 crores net, which took just 11 days. "Gangubai Kathiawadi" netted Rs. 68.93 crores in the first week, and maintained a super hold over the second weekend for Rs. 23.28 crores. On the second Monday, the film dipped by 66% for Rs. 3.41 crores but took a jump of 17.60% for Rs. 4.01 crores on the second Tuesday. The second Wednesday estimates take the film past Rs. 100 crores net. Overall, it is Alia Bhatt's 5th movie to cross Rs. 100 crores net after "Gully Boy" (₹ 139.63 Cr), "Raazi" (₹ 123.74 Cr), "Badrinath Ki Dulhania" (₹ 117.89 Cr), and "2 States" (₹ 102.33 Cr). Alia Bhatt's 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' Scores Century At The Worldwide Box Office

Mumbai, March 3 - It has been a dream comeback for Alia Bhatt on the big screen with "Gangubai Kathiawadi", after taking a direct-to-digital route for her previous movie, "Sadak 2".## Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, "Gangubai Kathiawadi" has become the first Bollywood, and third Indian movie of 2022 to score a century at the worldwide box office. It has been unstoppable at the box office since its launch on February 25 and scored the milestone in just 6 days. ## On Wednesday, the biographical drama film earned Rs. 6.21 crores net at the Indian box office, pushing total domestic cume to Rs. 63.53 crores net (Rs. 75 crores gross). Overseas, it has so far grossed approx. Rs. 26 crores, helping the film's worldwide total to reach Rs. 101 crores, becoming the 9th film for Alia to reach the milestone. ## "Gangubai Kathiawadi" is currently Alia Bhatt's 10th highest-grossing film at the domestic box office. It will cross "Dear Zindagi" (Rs. 68.45 cr.), "Student Of The Year" (Rs. 70 cr.), "Kapoor & Sons" (Rs. 73.22 cr.), "Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania" (Rs. 76.81 cr.), and possibly "Kalank" (Rs. 84.6 cr.) by the end of the second weekend to become the 5th biggest grosser for the Alia. ## The film has crossed the lifetime net total of "Secret Superstar" (Rs. 63.4 cr.) which is the 4th highest-grossing Indian movie of all time at the worldwide box office with Rs. 912.75 crores, to become the 168th biggest Hindi film. In the all-time biggest Hindi movie list (Net collection), "Gangubai Kathiawadi" is expected to reach number 151 at the end of the first week. ## The movie is based on the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by S. Hussain Zaidi. The six-day total of the film is around 63cr depending on the final figures of Wednesday which will arrive in the morning. The first week total is going to be around 67-69cr or even it may touch 70cr if the film gets a good hold on its 2nd Friday. This week, two new films will arrive in the form of Jhund and The Batman.
