Filmmaker Puri Jagannadh Makes A Big Statement On Vijay Deverakonda
Hyderabad, July 21 - Tollywood heartthrob, Vijay Deverakonda will next be seen in the Pan India movie Liger, directed by maverick Puri Jagannadh. The sports action drama film has been shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu languages, thus, making a Hindi debut for Deverakonda. It also stars Ananya Panday as the female lead alongside Ramya Krishna, and Ronit Roy. ## Produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions in association with Puri Connects, the trailer of "Liger" was launched on Thursday (July 21) during an event in Hyderabad. The trailer has been received well by the netizens as they are showing praise for the star cast of the movie led by Deverakonda. ## Vijay Deverakonda has been one of the biggest rising stars in the Telugu film industry with the help of movies like "Arjun Reddy", "Geetha Govindam", and "Dear Comrade". Puri Jagannadh, who has directed the actor for the first time, makes a big statement about him. The duo is also collaborating for "Jana Gana Mana" which has already begun filming. ## During the trailer launch event, the filmmaker said that Vijay Deverakonda is the next big thing in India and Indian cinema.
