Mumbai, February 25 - Ajay Devgn, one of Bollywood's most loved and versatile actors, has an exciting lineup of films ahead. The film, written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain, will continue the romantic comedy’s story. Directed by Anshul Sharma, the film is expected to release in the second half of 2025.## Son of Sardaar 2## Twelve years after Son of Sardaar, Ajay Devgn is returning with its sequel. Punjabi filmmaker Vijay Kumar Arora is directing the film, and Mrunal Thakur is rumored to be the new lead actress, replacing Sonakshi Sinha. Box Office: Madgaon Express Does Well In 7th Weekend

Mumbai, May 6 - Kunal Khemu's directorial debut Madgaon Express still has something left in it to bring laughter at the box office as the comedy entertainer is kind of having a rebound at the low level domestically.## Produced by Excel Entertainment, Madgaon Express, which once looked like would finish under 25 crores net, is now looking at 35+ crores and might get close to the 40 crores mark. In its 7th weekend, the movie minted approximately 1.30 crores net which is more or less similar to Akshay Kumar's Bade Miyan Chote Miyan's 4th weekend collection. ## The movie didn't show any drop from the 6th weekend as the total collection of Divyenndu, Pratik Gandhi, and Avinash Tiwary-starrer entertainer is approximately 33.80 crores net (40.25 crores gross) in 45 days. Worldwide, the movie has minted approximately 43.75 crores gross to date. ## The heavy underperformance of Eid releases and other films has benefitted Madgaon Express continues to thrive at the box office. Mumbai, August 18 - Filmmaker Rohit Shetty is handling two of the most successful film franchises in Indian cinema - Cop Universe and Golmaal series. It has been the magic of his filmmaking that every new film in these two franchises turned out to be a bigger hit than their predecessors and that's what makes Shetty a hit machine. ## Rohit Shetty recently confirmed that the third installment of the Singham franchise, fronted by superstar Ajay Devgn, will start rolling in April 2023 and it will be the biggest film in his cop universe. Meanwhile, the audience is also eagerly waiting for the next film in the Golmaal series for a long time and the filmmaker has an update for the same. ## Before the cop franchise, it was the Golmaal series that gave Rohit Shetty a blockbuster status and he said that he will keep making Golmaal films till the time he is making films. "Golmaal 5" might have started by now had there been not the covid-19 pandemic, but Shetty insists that it will happen and may start after "Singham 3". ## "Golmaal will happen. It might be right after Singham or maybe another year post that. I enjoy that space and will keep making Golmaal till I am making films", the filmmaker said. "I have not changed the style of filmmaking. When the industry is in chaos, me and my team are the calmest at present because we are continuing to make the cinema we believe in – larger than life, commercial, and multi-genre", he spoke about his brand of cinema that made him what he is today. ## The last Golmaal film, titled "Golmaal Returns", was released in 2017 and grossed over 300 crores at the worldwide box office against a budget of approx. 70 crores.
