Marvel Studios' Disney Plus Series 'Loki' Season 2 and 'Echo' Release Date Locked

Los Angeles, May 17 - Marvel Studios has confirmed the release date of its highly-awaited Disney Plus series Loki - Season 2 along with "Hawkeye" spinoff series Echo.## The Tom Hiddleston-fronted "Loki - Season 2" will debut its premiere episode on October 6, 2023. It will be the first Marvel Studios series that is getting its second season after the highly successful first season, which debuted in 2021. ## Season 2 of Loki, which consists of 6 episodes, will be part of Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It is set in an MCU-adjacent world, in which the God of Mischief is a fish out of water when he lands in trouble with the bureaucratic TVA (Time Variance Authority) after absconding with the Tesseract. ## Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead have directed the show while Eric Martin serves as head writer and has written all six episodes. Tom Hiddleston reprises his role as Loki from the film series, with Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Tara Strong, Owen Wilson, Sophia Di Martino, and Jonathan Majors also starring, reprising their roles from the first season. ## Meanwhile, "Echo" will debut on November 29, 2023, and it will be the first Marvel series when all its episodes will release simultaneously. It will continue the story of Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox), the deaf, Native American assassin first introduced as a reluctant antagonist in the 2021 Disney+ series "Hawkeye".## Stay tuned...

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige Officially Revealed 'Loki' As The Most Watched Marvel Series On Disney Plus

Los Angeles, May 18 - Marvel Studios has an exciting lineup of movies and shows for the next couple of years. The studios' first Disney Plus series was launched in 2021 in the form of "WandaVision", followed by "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier", "Loki", and "Hawkeye" in the same year. ## As per the earlier reports, it was revealed that Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany-starrer "WandaVision" was the most-watched Marvel series on Disney Plus. However, it has now been revealed by Marvel president Kevin Fiege at it is Tom Hiddleston's "Loki" Season 1 that is the most-watched Marvel series worldwide. ## Kevin Feige said that Loki was a "bold swing" and the "wild ride paid off". He also revealed that the production on the second season of "Loki" will start in the next few weeks with star Tom Hiddleston and the entire cast returning. "Loki" is the first Marvel series on Disney+ to get a second season. ## Loki is set in a Marvel Cinematic Universe-adjacent world, in which the God of Mischief (Hiddleston) is a fish-out-of-water when he lands in trouble with the bureaucratic Time Variance Authority after absconding with the Tesseract.## Meanwhile, among the most-watched Marvel series on Disney+, are "WandaVision" and "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" at number 2 and 3, respectively after "Loki". However, Kevin Feige didn't reveal the viewership data of any series. ## Going forward, Marvel will launch three films and shows in the next three months. In June next month, the studio will be releasing the series "Ms. Marvel" on June 8, followed by the most-awaited big screen release "Thor Love And Thunder" on July 8. Loki Season 2: An Exciting Update On Filming And Release Date Of The Marvel Show Reveal

Mumbai, February 1 - Tom Hiddleston got his first-ever solo Marvel project when "Loki" season 1 opened up in summer 2021. The 6-episode Disney+ series, based on Marvel comic book charactor, opened up the door to Marvel Cinematic Universe's (MCU) multiverse upon its release. ## The series, created by Michael Waldron, was one of the most loved Marvel projects of 2021 on Disney+ and it eventually set the tone for Marvel Studios to take some of the franchise's biggest steps toward expanding the universe in Phase 4. Although, it was the most pirated show of 2021, "Loki" became the marvel project to officially greenlit for season 2. ## Season 2 of "Loki" was confirmed during the end credit of the final episode of Season 1, however, it was not revealed when will season 2 commence and will release. But now, there is good news regarding the same for the fans of Hiddleston's God of Mischief.## According to Backstage (The Direct), Marvel Studios is planning to commence the shoot of Tom Hiddleston's "Loki" season 2 in London in the Summer of 2022. It is reported that the filming is set to take place at the United Kingdom's Pinewood Studios, though the casting details were not confirmed yet. Meanwhile, Hiddleston's Loki will appear in the feature "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness", due in May 2022. ## There is, however, no idea what is going to happen in season 2 of "Loki". Given the fact that MCU's Multiversal storyline has so much in store, there are plenty of variables in play for what could happen in Loki Season 2.
