Makers Announce Heavily Discounted Ticket Prices of Blockbuster 'Kalki 2898 AD' For One Week

Hyderabad, August 2 - Mega blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD has been in theatres for more than five weeks with the blockbuster collection of an estimated 1030 crores at the worldwide box office. It is the biggest blockbuster of the year and is only the Indian movie of all time to top 1000 crores worldwide.## With the box office trend slowing down and the competition increasing, the makers have announced a heavily discounted ticket price offer to the moviegoers to stay in the race for a couple of weeks more. Vyjayanthi Movies announced Kalki 2898 AD tickets at just Rs. 100 for one week, starting on August 2nd across India in all versions.## The offer should attract the moviegoers for, at least, one more week though it is unlikely to make a major difference in the overall box office collection. Box Office Blockbuster 'Kalki 2898 AD' OTT Release Date Revealed

Hyderabad, August 1 - The biggest blockbuster of the year, Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted Kalki 2898 AD is nearing its box office run. The sci-fi epic has so far grossed an estimated 1042 crores at the worldwide box office and is currently the 7th highest-grossing Indian movie of all time. ## Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD has been in theatres for nearly 5 weeks which is unlike the recent Telugu movies as most the movies have been streaming only within 4 weeks of the theatrical release. It was recently confirmed by the makers that Kalki 2898 AD won't be streaming before 8 weeks of the theatrical release.## Kalki 2898 AD will start streaming on August 22, 2024, which is 8 weeks since the film's theatrical release on June 27. Mumbai, July 19 - Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted Kalki 2898 AD has had another good outing at the Hindi box office in the third week, scoring over 30 crores net collection as one of the biggest third weeks for a South Indian movie in Hindi. ## The Nag Ashwin's directorial, in its third frame, scored an estimated 33 crores net collection. Among the biggest third weeks in Hindi for all movies, Kalki is in the 14th spot and when it comes to South Indian movies, it has the 4th biggest third week in the dubbed version.## SS Rajamouli and Prabhas' Baahubali 2 - The Conclusion remains the biggest third-week grosser (for all movies) in Hindi with approximately 70 crores net. Yash-fronted KGF: Chapter 2 is the second biggest in the list, followed by RRR at third among the South Indian films. ## Here are the top 5 biggest South Indian grosser in the third week in Hindi (net collection) - 1. Epic Blockbuster 'Kalki 2898 AD' Creates A New Record On Book My Show

Hyderabad, July 18 - Vyjayanthi Movies' epic sci-fi blockbuster Kalki 2898 AD is marching towards 1000 crores club at the worldwide box office and before reaching the milestone, it has created a new milestone of selling the highest number of tickets on Book My Show. ## The Prabhas-fronted tentpole has so far sold around 12.50 million (1.25 crores) tickets for all days, which is the highest for any movie since the platform started updating hourly trends on its app. It has beaten Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan which sold approximately 1.24 crores of tickets on BMS. ## Including Book My Show sold tickets, Nag Ashwin's directorial movie has sold an estimated 3.30 crores (33 million) tickets in 21 days so far. It has grossed an estimated 708 crores (596 crores net) at the domestic box office so far and is heading towards finishing around 750 crores gross final. ## Kalki 2898 AD is the fifth highest-grossing film in India and the 7th highest-grossing Indian title at the worldwide box office with 970+ crores gross so far. Ram Potheneni and Puri Jagannadh's 'Double Ismart' Worldwide Theatrical Deal Locked

Hyderabad, July 16 - Director Puri Jagannadh and actor Ram Pothineni reunited for the sequel to their blockbuster film iSmart Shankar. It is one of the biggest hits in the career of both Puri and Ram, and now, the duo is looking to repeat the magic with the sequel Double iSmart. ## The last respective films of Puri Jagannadh and Ram Pothineni were box office failures but Double iSmart is expected to bring the duo in winning ways.
