Pawan Kalyan's 'Vakeel Saab' To Re-Release In Theaters On May 1st

Hyderabad, April 27 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan's legal drama Vakeel Saab is set to be re-released in theatres on May Day. The Venu Sriram's directorial was originally released in April 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. ## According to the latest Telugu media reports, Vakeel Saab will be hitting theatres on May 1st, Wednesday, to make some noise at the box office in the absence of new releases due to the general elections in which Pawan Kalyan himself contesting in one of the seats in Andhra Pradesh. ## Vakeel Saab is the remake of the 2016 Hindi-language film Pink and it also stars Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, Ananya Nagalla, Prakash Raj, and Shruti Haasan in key roles. It is the second highest-grossing film of Pawan Kalyan with a worldwide gross collection of around 137.50 crores. ## The movie received positive reception and despite being PSPK's second highest-grossing, its box office was largely affected by the low ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh. ## Stay tuned...

Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Darbar' Is A Smash Hit In Japan!

Chennai, July 25, 2021: Superstar Rajinikanth enjoys a huge fan following in Japan. Several fans from Japan used to come to Chennai to get a glimpse of Rajinikanth. Vakeel Saab Trailer: Pawan Kalyan Fights For Justice In Power-Packed Trailer

The wait of fans of the Telugu superstar, Pawan Kalyan is over as the power star unleashed the much-awaited trailer of his comeback movie, Vakeel Saab. The official Telugu remake of the Hindi movie, Pink, Vakeel Saab trailer promises an intriguing courtroom drama where Kalyan plays a lawyer, in an action-packed avatar. ## The film dealt with the subject of consent in which Pawan Kalyan fight for justice for three women. The trailer also shows the action sequences shot inside a metro where Kalyan is taking on the goons and powerful dialogues make it intense. Apart from Pawan Kalyan, the movie also stars Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, and Ananya Nagalla reprising Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari, and Andrea Tariang's role from the original.## Vakeel Saab will see Shruti Haasan in an extended cameo appearance playing an important role. Besides her, Prakash Raj also is in a key role as a lawyer playing against Pawan Kalyan. Bombay High Court Directs Amazon Prime Video To Take Down Telugu Movie 'V'

The Bombay High Court has directed streaming platform Amazon Prime Video to take down the Telugu movie "V" starring Nani. Model and actor Sakshi Malik filed a defamation suit against Venkateshwara Creations for allegedly using her photograph without permission in their movie. Malik's advocate Saveena Bedi said the scene showed Malik's photograph, referring to her as a commercial sex worker.## "Simply using another's image, and most especially a private image, without consent is prima facie impermissible, unlawful, and entirely illegal. In a given case, it may also be defamatory, depending on the type of use", the court said in its order. The order copy was made available on Wednesday according to Gadgets 360.## "The fact that the image has been illicitly used is bad enough. It only makes matters worse when used in a plainly derogatory and demeaning vein", Justice Patel said.## The court directed Amazon Prime Video to take down the movie within 24 hours until the said scene is deleted. "It is not acceptable for them (movie's makers) to merely pixelate or blur the images. The entire sequence, which has the image of the plaintiff (Malik), is to be removed immediately", Justice Patel said.## Bedi argued that Malik's photo was used illicitly by the defendant in a Telugu movie titled 'V' that was released on Amazon on September 5, 2020. As per Malik's suit, she had commissioned a photographer in 2017 for creating a portfolio.## "In August 2017, she (Malik) posted some photographs from the portfolio on her Instagram account. One of these photos was used in a scene of the Telugu movie where there is a reference to a commercial sex worker", Bedi said.## Talking about the movie "V", it is an action thriller directed by Mohana Krishna Indraganti and produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The movie stars Nani, Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas, and Aditi Rao Hydari in lead roles along with Vennela Kishore and Tanikella Bharani in supporting roles. Well, the wait is finally going to end soon as actor-turned-politician is making a comeback with the upcoming film, Vakeel Saab. The teaser of the much-anticipated film was unleashed on the occasion of Pongal (January 14). ## The teaser of Vakeel Saab, which is the Telugu remake of Bollywood hit Amitabh Bachchan's Pink, which dealt with the subject of consent, gives a glimpse of Pawan Kalyan as a lawyer in a powerful character in the intense courtroom-drama. ## The minute-long teaser video promises an action-packed show that includes action sequences shot inside a metro where Pawan Kalyan is giving a face breaking treatment to the goons. ## Not much has been revealed in the teaser but this looks exciting and promises high-voltage drama.
