The Bilal Lashari-directed blockbuster has grossed over PKR 230 crores at the global box office, the highest-grossing Lollywood film of all time. ## The movie was released on October 13, 2022, in Pakistan along with other international markets, and now, according to the latest reports, it is gearing up to make its debut in Indian cinemas. Bollywood Hungama reports that the Fawad Khan-fronted film will be released on December 30 in India. ## It is said that Zee Studios has grabbed the distribution rights of TLMJ in India and will release the film on December 30 this year. The plans are to release the film first in Delhi NCR and Punjab as the movie is in the Punjabi language. The reboot of the 1979 cult classic "Maula Jatt" has been the most talked about Pakistani film and it didn't disappoint. ## Directed by Bilal Lashari, the action fantasy grossed PRK 51 crores ($2.3M) globally in the opening weekend from 25 markets and over 500 screens, setting a new record for the Pakistani film. Mumbai, May 4 - Marvel Studios' upcoming superhero series on Disney+, "Ms. Marvel" is getting special treatment as it will be released in theaters in Pakistan. The announcement of the theatrical release of the series was made on the occasion of Eid by one of the directors Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy via Instagram. ## While Disney+ series are usually held for the streaming platform, "Ms. Marvel" is getting special treatment to celebrate the introduction of the first Pakistani Marvel superhero, Kamala Khan (played by Iman Vellani), into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. One of the reasons to release it in theaters is also because Disney+ has not yet launched in Pakistan. ## Many people might be wondering how it will get a theatrical release, well, the makers have plans for it. The tournament will begin with the Round 1 Group B encounter between hosts Oman and Papua New Guinea at 2 pm local time on 17 October, with Scotland and Bangladesh, the other teams in Group B, clashing in the evening match at 6 pm. ## Ireland, Netherlands, Sri Lanka, and Namibia - making up Group A - will be in action in Abu Dhabi the next day, with Round 1 matches running till 22 October.
