Mumbai, April 24, 2021: Actor Aadar Jain, who recently featured in "Hello Charlie" film, wishes to be a part of a superhero franchise. The actor, who claims to be a huge fan of the Batman franchise, says that as an artiste, he would love to enthrall children with his films. ## "I would love to be a part of a superhero project. Growing up, I was a huge fan of Batman and idolized him for what he stood for. The Batman Nolan franchise is my all-time favorite", Aadar said according to TOI. ## "I have marvelled at the superheroes all my life as they are true spectacles for audiences and I have this long-standing wish to be a part of a superhero universe".## "I think I'm trying to manifest this dream to become a reality and I would be over the moon if this ever happens. Sonu Sood Arranges Airlift For A Critical Covid Patient From Nagpur To Hyderabad

Mumbai, April 23, 2021: Actor Sonu Sood is continuing to win hearts. After defeating covid-19 within a week, the actor is back to his social duty and arranged an air ambulance for a 25-year old girl, from Nagpur to Hyderabad, to get the special treatment done on Friday. ## A girl, who had lost almost 85-90 percent of her lungs due to COVID, with Sonu's help had been shifted to Wockhardt hospital, Nagpur for her treatment. The doctors had said that she needed a lung transplant or some special treatment which was only possible in Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad.## Speaking about the same, Sonu said, "Doctors had said that the chances are 20 percent and asked me whether I still wanted to go ahead with it. I said 'Of course. She is a 25-year-old young girl and she will fight the battle hard and she will come out of it stronger.' That's why we took this chance and we decided to get an air ambulance and the best team of doctors in the country to treat her. The treatment is going well in Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad, and we hope for the best. She will recover and come back soon". ## Meanwhile, Sonu Sood has been fully recovered from the covid-19. Mumbai, April 23, 2021: Last year, on March 4, Kabir Singh producer Murad Khetani announced his next project in association with Bhushan Kumar of T-Series. The Hindi remake of the Tamil movie, Thadam was announced with a release date of 20th November 2020. However, due to the covid-19 pandemic, the movie couldn't go on floors as scheduled in May.## The film that was supposed to be headlined by Sidharth Malhotra and Mrunal Thakur finally went on floors in November last year with major changes. However, earlier this year, Sidharth did object to the new screenplay which resulted in, the actor opted out of the movie that put a brake on the further proceedings. ## Now, the remake of Thadam is back on track again as makers have reportedly locked Aditya Roy Kapur to play the lead. "Aditya Roy Kapur has been locked in to play the hero now. It's an action-packed film which will have double roles. This will also be Aditya's first double role ever. When Sid opted out, they were on the lookout for a good-looking hero who's fantastic with action. Apart from Adi, Mrunal remains part of the cast", said a source. ## Aditya Roy Kapur is currently busy filming for his next, Om - The Battle Within, with producer Ahmed Khan. A few weeks ago, Bollywood along with Southern film industries announced the release dates of their pending movies one after another as the coronavirus cases were slowing down. However, the enthusiasm soon died down after the second wave of the covid-19 pandemic started showing its effect which is now getting out of hand. ## Due to the second wave, films like Sooryavanshi, Thalaivi, Chehre, Love Story, Tuck Jagadish which were slated to release in April, are now postponed indefinitely. And if reports are to be believed, movies scheduled for release in the month of May may also get postponed further. ## According to reports, the union government led by prime minister Narendra Modi is planning to take big steps to curb the speed of the second wave of the covid-19. While the government has already ruled out the complete nationwide lockdown, sources say that the government is seriously considering the strategy of "unlock phase 2" of the last year. ## If this happens, then the theaters will be closed again for the entire month of May or beyond. Vipul Shah Recalls How Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar Offered To Waive Off Fees For Waqt

Mumbai, April 21, 2021: Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and Priyanka Chopra starrer "Waqt: The Race Against Time" has turned 16. The family drama movie was released on April 20 in 2005. It was the first film for Vipul Shah as a producer and it became a memorable one for the filmmaker. ## Vipul Shah recalls how Big B and Akshay offered not to take fees for their work in Waqt in order to support him. He recalls that he discussed Waqt with the two superstars during the time when he was directing both of them in "Aankhen". ## "While we were making Aankhen, I had discussed a play that was written and directed by Aatish Kapadia, with Amit sir and Akshay. They both loved the story and we decided to make this film". ## "When I informed Amitji and Akshay about me turning producer with this film, both of them were willing to waive off their fees, but my partner (on the film) Mr. Manmohan Shetty and I did not agree with it, and paid them their remuneration. But the fact that such big superstars stood by me and were even willing to waive off their fees, was a very touching and heartwarming gesture", says the filmmaker. ## Waqt was made on a budget of INR 16 crores and it proved to be a box office success with around INR 42 crores worldwide gross collection. Delhi High Court Summons Filmmakers On SSR's Father's Petition To Ban Films On Late Actor's Life

Mumbai, April 20, 2021: After the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput last year, many filmmakers announced movies on the late actor's life. Among the films that got approval from the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA), "Nyaay: The Justice" was one of them. However, the movie has now got into trouble after SSR's father filed a petition in Delhi High Court to ban the films inspired by the life of his son. ## On Tuesday (April 20), the Delhi High Court issued summons to the makers of a biopic. The HC was ruling on a petition filed by SSR's father, Krishna Kishore Singh, who sought a ban on the film stating that people were trying to use the actor's death for their benefit.## The decision comes a few days after a new teaser of the upcoming film "Nyaay: The Justice" was released. The film is reportedly a tribute to Sushant. The teaser shows an actor named Mahinder Singh talking about his performance in the highly successful film "Cricket" and the relationship he shared with his manager, family members, and friends. ## The petition filed by KK Singh states that people are using Sushant's name to get fame by developing different theories/stories, at the cost of his and his family's reputation.
