So, technically this was my first film in the Hindi language, and, being an actress in the South, it was quite obvious for me to have the support of co-actors to perform well. It is interesting that both Rajeev and Sanjay are very different in their style of acting. Mumbai, April 14 (IANS) On Tuesday morning, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation and informed citizens that the nationwide lockdown is being extended till May 3 in an attempt to battle the deadly COVID 19 pandemic. Bollywood celebs welcomed this decision and took to social media to urge people to cooperate with the government's decision.## Veteran actress-politician Hema Malini wrote: "We have completed 3 weeks of nationwide lockdown successfully &controlled the spread of the virus to a large extent. Aahana Kumra: Consent for me is everything

Mumbai, March 31 (IANS) Actress Aahana Kumra says she didn't grow up understanding the meaning of consent, adding that she feels it is a very important conversation everybody must be having.## "Consent for me is everything. I don't think I grew up with the idea of understanding what consent meant because obviously we are all conditioned to believe that everything that our parents impose on us or the society imposes on us is the end of everything," Aahana said.## "But I have realized over the years that we must have an opinion, we must have a mind of our own. The good thing is that my parents have always explained to me the difference between good touch and bad touch. They have always had these conversations with me even when I was a child," she added.## The actress continued: "So, I was always taught these things, and this is the same conversation I have with the children in my family. Consent for me is everything because it really has opened me up in terms of conversation with the person in front of me and I think only once when you get into a relationship and then you understand what a relationship is going to teach you. Thankfully, I have had great relationships in the past and I have learned so much from them. So, of course, it is a very important conversation everybody must-have."## At the moment, Aahana is seen in the drama thriller web series "Marzi". I think it was very liberating in many ways because I felt that sometimes even in performances there are spurs of moments wherein you need to be emotional, dramatic, frustrated but here I was constantly violated, I was constantly agitated, constantly frustrated and it obviously felt like something that I haven't ever done in my life."## "I think it really did completely change my perception towards performance to quite an extent. Rajeev Khandelwal on importance of consent in a relationship

Mumbai, March 26 (IANS) Actor Rajeev Khandelwal feels it's important to understand the value of consent in a relationship, saying one "can't have sex with somebody without that person's consent, it is as good as rape".## "Consent very simply means that you have the permission of the other person to go ahead. Most of the time, we are confused between having a right over somebody just because somebody else suggests that you hold a certain position and we take it as a right over the other person and confuse that with consent," Rajeev said while explaining what consent means to him.## "Understand, that even in the most important cases, we have to sign consent forms, be it at the hospital. Be it other places where it is very critical, where the issue is very critical, we have to sign consent forms. They can't take us for granted," he added.## According to the actor, the same applies to any relationship.## He said: "Similarly, in a relationship between a man and a woman, it is a question of somebody's life, you can't have sex with somebody without that person's consent, it is as good as rape. Especially in a relationship between a man and a woman when they are dating, when they are seeing each other, a lot of times the person or their partner take it for granted that since we are seeing each other I have the right over each other which I guess is wrong."## "Till a certain point where it doesn't harm the other one, harm the sensibility of the other person, it's fine. But the moment you cross the line which can affect somebody's life, you have to have the consent before you take that step," Rajeev added.## At the moment, Rajeev is seen in the drama thriller web series "Marzi". Arshad Warsi set for digital debut with 'Asur'

Mumbai, March 3 (IANS) Actor Arshad Warsi will be stepping into the digital world with the psychological thriller series 'Asur'. The series promises to take the audience on a journey of two opposing worlds, forensic science on the one hand and the mysteries of Indian mythology on the other.## "The plot and storyline are so unique that it is definitely going to leave the audience on the edge of their seats at all times," said Arshad, before adding: "I cannot wait to see the reaction of the audience towards ‘Asur'."## The series also features Barun Sobti, who shared that shooting for the was demanding.## "It is the most demanding character I have portrayed in my career. Personally, I have always felt that content created in India lacks good writing, and writing in our show is the biggest hero. Everyone on this show was just doing their job and they did it to the best of their ability. Working with the amazing ensemble cast was an experience to cherish. I think, for ‘Asur', the right people were hired for the right job," said Barun, of the show that went live on Voot Select on March 3.## Another thriller "Marzi" also went live on the new subscription-based streaming offering.
