A Pan India Movie 'The Battle Story of Somnath' Announced

Mumbai, July 15 - Producer Manish Mishra of 2idiots Films in association with Ranjit Sharma has announced a Pan India movie, titled "The Battle Story of Somnath". Written and directed by Anup Thapa, the film is based on the true event of the Somnath invasion of Mahmud Ghazni. ## "The Battle Story of Somnath" is a multilingual project which will be released in twelve major Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Marathi. The movie was announced today (July 15) with an animated teaser. ## The teaser of the film gives a background of the Somnath Jyotirling's history across the Yugas as it says, "The saga of history, the first Jyotirling of Lord Shiv. Chandra Dev made it from gold in Satyug. Made from brass by Ravan in Tretayug. Lord Shri Krishna in Dwaparyug. The first biggest invader Mahmud Ghazni, the 1025 CE attack. Hyderabad, December 27 - It hasn't been a great year for megastar Chiranjeevi with his two released films underperforming at the box office. The megastar now pinned his hope on his next film titled Waltair Veerayya, which is an action-comedy directed by Bobby. ## Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, "Waltair Veerayya" will be hitting theaters worldwide on January 13, 2023, on the occasion of Sankranthi, and now, makers have revealed that it will be date and date release also in Hindi along with the original Telugu version with the same title. ## Chiranjeevi's last film, "Godfather" was also released in Hindi but couldn't score much and was declared a flop. Hyderabad, September 26 - Megastar Chiranjeevi's much-awaited Godfather is all set to hit worldwide theaters on October 25 and the preparations for the film's wide release have already started.## After "Godfather", the superstar will headline two more films and both are carrying good buzz among the audience as well as trade. While the shoot of Mega 154, tentivaly titles "Waltair Veerayya", is yet to be done, the film has already sealed the post-theatrical streaming deal at a huge price. ## According to the reports, Netflix has grabbed the post-theatrical streaming rights of this Bobby-directed action thriller film. Hyderabad, Jan 19 - The unit of director Anil Ravipudi's eagerly-awaited fun-filled entertainer 'F3', featuring actors Venkatesh and Varun Tej in the lead, on Wednesday announced that they were advancing the release of the film by a day to April 28 this year.## Wishing actor Varun Tej, who plays one of the leads of the film, on his birthday, the team released a new poster of the film featuring him on Wednesday. The new poster had the release date of the film as April 28.## The unit had earlier announced that the film would release on April 29. As the story revolves around cash, the new poster of the film had currency notes in it. Mumbai, January 17 - The historic success of "Pushpa - The Rise" in the dubbed Hindi version has proved Telugu Superstar Allu Arjun's dominance in North India. The action thriller directed by Sukumar, released in December last year and went on to earn over Rs. 85 crores in Hindi version, and still going strong at the box office.## "Pushpa - The Rise" was Allu Arjun's maiden Pan-India film and now, the Telugu makers are keen to explore more opportunities in the Hindi market with Icon Star's films. Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms in association with AA Films is all set to release the dubbed Hindi version of Allu Arjun's "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" in theaters on January 26, 2022. ## "Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo" was Allu Arjun's biggest grosser before "Pushpa" and received critical acclaim from all-around. Chennai, Jan 12 (IANS) Allu Arjun on Wednesday fondly recalled memories of working on director Trivikram's blockbuster 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo'.## 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo' went on to emerge as not just one of the biggest blockbusters of the Telugu film industry but also one of the highest-grossing Indian films in 2020.## Taking to social media on a day the film completed two years, Allu Arjun shared a series of pictures of the 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo' unit and wrote, "Sweetest Recall. Two years of AVPL. What a journey… I still feel the sweetness. Thank you Trivikram garu for the most special experience ever.
